Ordered the Anna Crewneck after seeing Ost on Instagram. Delivery was fast and the top is gorgeous! Fabulous quality and I literally wear it all the time. Very happy 😁

Very poor quality of fabric and faulty sewing and finish of balloon trousers. Returned faulty item. Was told only exchange. I claimed my consumer rights and was finally offered a refund in cash although I paid by card.

Visited with family after spotting the brand on Insta. Really disappointed as think their online presence appears great but shop underwhelming, in addition to being pretty low quality for the price tag. Have seen similar stock all over Europe for lower prices. However, we went ahead and purchased a couple of items regardless as wanted to support and they were nice... paid and the customer service is zero, literally screwed the items up and shoved in a rolled heap into a paper bag. No thought whatsoever. I ask, did you fold them? Response was "No". Lady eventually removed from bag and 'folded' however, I am not joking when I tell you a limbless worm would have folded better. So either the owner has no idea how terrible the customer service is (have now seen this highlighted multiple times) or shes well aware and doesnt care.

Sigga is the owner of this gorgeous shop and she is a great human being. Warm, kind and she became my friend. I may be biased but I am straightforward when it comes to reviews. Few stores offer now something so unique and hyggelig as Oest does. The personal touch, a female warrior who left gorgeous Denmark to start her journey here in England. I have read some reviews from some ‘Karen’ women, and sadly it is far from the truth. Items are high quality, and I still have my gingham trousers, and sorry Uniqlo, Sigga did them first. I am addicted to the stripped boxy tees, so versatile and easy to wear and so soft. Amazing quality, personal touch and a friendly piece of Denmark in Shoreditch, and of course one size does fit all. If you are a woman, please do support other women and small businesses. Much better than fast fashion. 💕🫶🏼

I fell across this brand whilst watching a BBC programme. The owner was dressed impeccably and I realised I wanted her entire outfit. Unfortunately the blue stripe top was sold out, so I bought the pink and yellow stripe. I adore it! I want all colours. Please restock the blue!!! I will be buying again.

First time I have ordered as previously I was concerned about the one size aspect and whether the tops would fit. A quick DM confirmed the measurements of the tops would fit and I placed an order for a long sleeve and short sleeve t shirt. I love them both! Fit is great, I am a size 14, and I like the slightly cropped, boxy shape which goes well with my trousers. Will order more!

Great communication from start to finish - even emailed to make sure I knew that I would have to pay duties & taxes as outside the UK. Clothes are beautiful & I can't wait to go to the store in May - only problem is that I'll want everything!
