Backed out of game last second
They talked up this game they invited me so much and the day before the game they email me to say due to unforeseen circumstances, they no longer have access to their VIP suite. Wouldn’t be a problem for me, but my sister is a huge 49er’s fan and flew in from Texas just for the game. Not happy with how they handled telling me the news, and the professionalism of waiting until the last day to reach out. They said they called me the previous week but I have no voicemails, they said they called today and I picked up 3 times and no one was there. Honestly, it just seems like a hoax to me.

Thank you for your feedback. We truly regret the disappointment caused by the suite being unavailable. While we made several attempts to reach you prior to the day of the game, we recognize communication did not land as clearly as it should have.
We want to clarify that suite experiences are not guaranteed, as the suite is primarily reserved for business prospects, and availability can change unexpectedly. We understand how frustrating this must have been for you and your sister, and we’ll review how we communicate these situations moving forward.

Well hosted event
The Office Beacon team provided very nice accommodations for a fun filled evening. I briefly had the opportunity to speak with one of their representatives but I appreciate they allowed us to enjoy the event. Perhaps a pre-event mixer for a business and pleasure option. Thanks again!
