I have been using Flowz for over a year now and their service has been exceptional. I initially hired a part-time virtual assistant to handle administrative tasks, but as my business grew, I expanded to two full-time VAs. The recruitment process was seamless and efficient, and when I needed to replace a VA, they managed it swiftly within a couple of weeks. The professionalism and quality of their staff have been outstanding. Flowz has saved me a significant amount of time and hassle. Highly recommended!

I've been using Flowz (formerly Office Beacon) for a couple years now and they've been great. I started out with a part-time VA, but have now grown to 3 full-time. The onboarding and interviewing process was pretty clear and straightforward, the candidate pool was really good, and when I had to replace a VA, they had it done in less than 3 weeks. I am pleased with work done for me so far.

I needed to have my audio files transcribed quickly. I compared Rev.com and Flowz's price per minute and I decided to use Flowz. Previously, I used Rev.Com services for my transcription needs, but their prices were $1.00 more a minute than Flowz (.25 per minute). Flowz did an exceptional job of transcribing my long audio files. The work was edited and presented professionally. The transcriptions were clean and verbatim. It took a day more than Rev quoted, but it was worth it the extra day. I am very pleased that I selected to purchase the monthly $25.00 plan! It was a great investment.

I signed up with Flowz primarily to use them for bookkeeping, which they have been great at and a huge help.

The added bonus was I used the graphic design team to do both small and big projects, and that has been an amazing value-add. Flowz has helped round out the assistance that I needed, and would be hard to find one-off assistance with.

They have been consistent, responsive and do high quality work. Very impressed and appreciated.

I have no words to explain the magnificent and professional work that I got from Flowz platform. I reached Flowz after having three horrible experiences trying to get my website and broucher design done by three highly rated freelancers on different freelance sites... After going thru a lot of hoops and loops I found Flowz and I can tell since day one all of them were very proficient, kind and knowledgeable. They totally understood what I was looking for and definitely they did a striking job for me. I being a startup would recommed Flowz the best platform to cater all my needs which keeps me away from managing different skill set individually rather all at one place... I used Flowz for the first time to connect with family. I was amazed at how easy it was to use and how very little I had to do to make it happen. The quality was great and in terms of user friendliness it's a 10/10! I highly recommend Flowz and will continue to use it!

Flowz meeting worked like a champ! I've used WebEx, Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, and a few other products, and all of those require the users to install something extra to use the product. I love that Flowz works directly through any current web browser, and is very easy to setup.

We had a video chat going with six different video feeds, between the US and Canada, and there were no hiccups. People were using camera's built into their tablets, smartphones, and laptops. One of the attendees was also using a desktop computer with webcam.

The service is pretty easy to use. If you've use other video chat/conferencing services, then the transition to Flowz will be seamless.

Flowz appears to fill the need for enterprise at the value and support that is more than reasonable. When we needed video editing, graphic design for quick nimble marketing, only Flowz was able to give us a comprehensive solution at an amazing value. It felt like a "concierge" service. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Flowz has been great online teaching tool for my facility. My staff and I use zoom and flowz to teach kids. We still need to learn ways to teach with flowz but it has better sound and camera quality than zoom. You can invite kids through email invitation and schedule ahead of time for your meeting rooms. Security seems to be way better than that of zoom. Whiteboard usages and screen sharing are also available. So far, more kids like to use flowz because of better sound and camera qualities. Flowz seems to update their platform often, which makes it easier for us to follow through. Their whiteboard is little bit too sensitive that it turns off the screen whenever we write with pen, but we are still in process of learning its many, unique tools from flowz. I would definitely ask other teachers and tutors to give it a try!

I love this group of people! Flowz is more than a business. They are passionate about understanding what you need and how to deliver professionally and on time. The price is amazing also! I get lots of compliments on the social media posts that they create and handle for me. I was told just yesterday that their posts are creating an A+ Brand for me too! Love it! Love them! Thank you Flowz for handling a very important aspect of my business and doing it much better than I would!
