This company is terrible! Ordered a projector with a different shipping address from the billing address. They called and asked me to send a photo of both my credit card and drivers license for “fraud purposes” so I did. The next day they cancelled my order. Tried reaching out to them to see why and no one ever got back with me.

Do not purchase from this site. Purchased an expensive Epson printer, which arrived with broken printer parts (no damage to box). Return policy says obtain RMA for returning the product (without any conditions), which they refuse to do until I contact Epson directly for a solution... ridiculous, but attempting to. It's like going into a local store to purchase a coffee maker, finding out the product is broken inside the box, and being sent to the coffeemaker company instead of who I purchased from. Appears to be a disingenuous operation looking to drag-out not accepting my return.

Ordered 2 ink cartridges for my Canon Pixma 303 printer. The black one lasted 4 days & faded so bad I couldn't use it. The color cartridge lasted 6 days. Be careful I ordered from Amazon & thought I was getting real Canon ones. Then these showed up from Office Crave. Learned a lesson, , pay attention when ordering.

They sent the wrong items and don't wanna take it back STAY AWAY FROM THEM SCAMMERS

You guys have great products and great prices

It is their mistake and they should just give me a credit instead of making me going through the return process. I had to chase them to get a return label. Will not order from them again. Beware.....

Officecrave.com is also associated with bluedogsupplies.com. They have different toll free numbers, but it uses the same message per both sites. and when ordering $3500 without talking to someone is never a good choice for anyone and that is how they expect someone to order their products. Only after you order a product, you can then email them. That smells like a Scammer!!!

I ordered two office chairs for my husband’s office. He has a spinal cord problem, so he needed a comfortable chair to rest his back. I’m glad that I’ve got the one. Excellent quality chair, value, and prompt delivery - can't ask for any more.
