Erika Rampone is the best! Super on communication and helped me very fast even when they had to be on EICMA 2025! Everything is quality made. I needed some new fixing for my zard exhaust and everything was right apart from the part that i requested specific parts but got the whole fitting kit instead. Ofcourse she gave me a price first but didn't told me they can only send the whole fitting kit and not only the fitting parts i requested only while was referring to it as "fitting kit" but i did not care to clarify. Thank you very much Erika you are the best and you represent the brand excellently!!!!!

I reported earlier that I had received a new exhaust from Zard for my XSR700. Now it is installed and I have run the bike for a while. First of all it sounds great, a nice throaty sound without being too loud and offensive. Sounds particularly good as I blip the throttle on down shifts. I have not remapped the bike since fitting the exhaust. Zard remarked it wasn't necessary and my local Yamaha dealer also said the same. The bike feels good, throttle response is good and running temp seems unaffected. I still am considering a Dimsport upgrade for small throttle opening improvements. The other thing is the exhaust is much lighter than the original tin box. Finally it looks fantastic in it's polished finish. It took about 4 hours for me to remove the original and install the new. I elected to take off the radiator for best access to the front header mounts. All in all very pleased with Zard.

Vi racconto la mia esperienza con Zard:
ho recentemente acquistato una moto usata (non faccio nomi, marche e quant'altro) del 2010 alla quale era stato montato lo scarico Zard, ma al momento della revisione ho realizzato di NON avere il certificato di omologazione! La mia disperazione ha raggiunto livelli impressionanti, per uno scarico nuovo avrei dovuto spendere oltre 800 euro! Finchè non mi metto in contatto con ZARD e spiego la situazione, da lì saranno passate al massimo 36 ore che una splendida persona (di cui non posso fare il nome, sigh!) che si occupa dell'amministrazione di questa Azienda fighissima, mi manda la Certificazione via email (dopo, ovviamente, aver verificato le credenziali dello scarico in mio possesso).
Che altro aggiungere; Customer Service ai massimi livelli! Non sono ne un neofita ne uno di primo pelo (ho 55 anni e vado in moto dall'età di 11) e non mi era ancora capitato di interfacciarmi con una Azienda così seria sotto ogni punto di vista! Uno scarico del 2010 che nel 2025 è ancora praticamente nuovo con 70k chilometri sulla schiena (in primis) e un'attenzione al Cliente che purtroppo oggi sembra impossibile trovare.
In conclusione posso solo fare i migliori complimenti alla Zard e soprattutto allo staff di questa Azienda tutta italiana, un vero orgoglio!

Ich habe soeben meinen schwarzen Zard Penta-Endschalldämpfer für die Suzuki B-King erhalten – er ist fantastisch! Obwohl das Modell nicht mehr produziert wurde, haben sie ihn extra für mich neu angefertigt. Das nenne ich echten Kundenservice. Top-Qualität, herausragender Service, freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation – ein großes Dankeschön an Erika und das gesamte Zard-Team!

Erika was absolutely amazing in keeping me informed of the manufacturing stages and such kind assistance with tracking my shipment all the way to Australia.

Secondly the quality of my exhaust for the Triumph Scrambler 1200 XE is beautiful, its hand craftsmanship and sound note is superb.
