Satisfied, but could be better. It's quite a lot to pay for 2 pieces of plastic. I wish it was possible to reduce shipping costs when ordering multiple items in bulk.

International order to Singapore (complete skateboard)
It was my first time ordering from Offset and I had a bit of a scare when the tracking details had not been updated on the courier's tracking page one day before the estimated delivery date. Contacted Tony and he was very responsive in helping to follow up on the issue. The complete skateboard was delivered punctually on the estimated date wrapped nicely and in beautiful condition. A little bit of assembly is required but can be easily done with a skate tool. I looooooove the new board and it is exactly what I was looking for! <3

Arrived quickly and well packaged
I purchased a complete skateboard from Offset which arrived quickly and well packaged. The stock bushings, bearings etc. were also included, which was appreciated too.
Unfortunately, I got burned badly by the extra import charges. I had to pay almost 80 euro to get the item delivered by DHL (that's not including the delivery cost). Not the sellers fault, I blame Brexit and myself for not doing prior research on those charges.

I'm honestly surprised no one has already taken up the mantle and created a Canadian version of Offset - I mean, considering Kevin Harris runs the biggest skateboard distributor in Canada, it *should* be a lot easier to get freestyle stuff over there than it is.
But until Kevin gets it together (or someone decides to do what he already should have done and cut him out), I'm more than happy to help!

Skid plates freestyle skateboarding
After street skateboarding for 30 years I thought I would try some freestyle skateboarding so I ordered a freestyle board from offset and then realised I need some skid plates so ordered them a few days later they came straight away very good quality and the rat nut type hardware to fit them and once fitted this made tricks a whole lot easier and something good to grab onto at the nose offset offers all help and advice on how to setup your freestyle skateboard top team and friendly guys always a pleasure to deal with

Skate deck was secure with bubble wrap and shipped in a box, and delivered on time. The griptape came without any creases or rips. Plus free stickers are always a plus.
