awful 1st order
awful 1st order. ordered a month ago. no one reached out to tell me cannot order more than 90 days worth. i followed up today and found out. i will run out of meds now. it is a blood thinner and i need it ASAP and i ordered well ahead of time initially.
I never got an email as stated below. I am a nurse practitioner and I run my own telehealth practice. Therefore I am on my computer all day and very responsive with any emails I get.

No replies after 10 days from ordering
Ordered on 20th August, sent prescription by email, after 10 days still no reply and no details on wire transfer. Sent repeatedly email to the helpdesk to no avail. They show no interest in their customers, avoid.

The prices are fantastic. I couldn't come near these prices in the US. They give reminder calls when it's time for refills. And the chat people are very helpful in processing my orders when I have an issue. I've been using them for well over 10+ yrs now.

Every order has some problem
Every order has some problem. This time I noted deceptive billing practices. Amount billed through email was 25% more than stated order total stated on the sight. Turns out additional bank charges were added with no line item. Emailed response was, "I understand" Now 2 weeks later and still no tracking number or indication it has shipped. 1-888 number does not work.
No surprise, this response was almost a month after my post. The charges as stated were not itemized on the bill, just tacked on, hidden. They did send the order but as stated were very delinquent and deficient in responses.
