Tried to use the website, entered registration- correctly - and it said it wasn't correct try again - did so using a space - same message. Closed abd trued again - same message and 'no vehicle with thst registration'. Funny that because its been the reg on my car since new, the DVLA recognises and so does insurer 🤣

The offer was £250 initially and later when I called out for payment which was not made to me neither updates me about. I was shocked that the lady on another side said there’s a hole in the engine and the offer soared to £50 when I confronted that the offer was for £250 irrespective of the statement she made. I already mentioned to the person who made the offer over phone that my car is running but after 20 minutes it’s throwing black smoke and the same has been shared with the pickup driver. The lady insisted accept the offer or pickup it up from Croydon depot. I scraped the car that doesn’t mean you gonna offer £50 saying hole in the engine. That’s looting and luring people into trap. I dropped the matter as I don’t want the car. Anyway I won’t recommend this pirates.

They promise to provide offers on your car within 24 hours, but this is not true. No one contacted me, and when I tried reaching out via WhatsApp, I only received an automatic response stating that this chat is Not monitored. A complete waste of time.

I uploaded my vehicles information online which took about 2 minutes and I was told that I would hear from a buyer soon.

Less than 1 hour later I had a local dealer reach out and asked me a few more questions about the history and condition of the car - they were very friendly.

They offered me £5,500 including home collection and same day payment - which I accepted.

Upon arrival (the very next day!), they had a quick look over the car and just 20 minutes later the money was in my account.

Fantastic service if you are looking to sell you car I would 100% use off the drive.

Shocking service I accepted an offer from these guys over the weekend and didn't get any response untill I chased them and said I'd accepted the offer,from then complete radio silence not even responding to my messages.shoody outfit to say the least.
