Be very careful ordering from this company, I ordered a shelf at the beginning of this month, heard nothing for two weeks so asked when delivery might be. Was told by email that it was bring shipped that day, last week. And of course nothing had been seen from them and now they're not answering emails.
Could not be happier with the service. Ordered the Alder Ottoman bed with a synergy mattress. Fantastic quality product, could not be happier! Will recommend to friends and family. Delivered after 5 days. The delivery team assembled the product in the main bedroom. Thank you Off to Bed
Purchased a Serene guest bed for my mums. Delivered 2 days after ordering. Helpful customer service would use again!
Superb quality! Ottoman bed and mattress ordered, I needed to change the fabric - the staff were very accommodating to help. Delivery was quicker than expected, friendly drivers who took to it up two flights of stairs. Assembly was also very easy, love my bed!
I bought a headboard from here. Good price and they kept me fully up to date about my order through to delivery.

I originally found a bed frame locally and thought I’d search the name to see if anyone sold it elsewhere. This is where I came across offtobed. I managed to get the frame I wanted at an incredible price! The only reason for the 4 stars was that the delivery isn’t flexible - I was given a Tuesday which I declined, but wasn’t offered an alternative… a few days later I received another text offering me yet again, a Tuesday, so I had to scramble to change my days off at work with another colleague.
The delivery men however, called when they were on their way and popped the frame in my living room as requested. I was able to build this easily and the quality for the price is great.

Our courier partner is based in West Bromwich and mostly covers all postcodes within 5 working days. When a delivery is refused, it usually takes 3 working days to reschedule another delivery. This is because the root plan for all customers on the delivery list needs to be approved and other arrangements need to be in place, such as a driver and van.

Off to Bed were very efficient in handling my order for a bed headboard and kept me informed every step of the way. Also, there was no "press 1 for this and 2 for that" when telephoning them. Somebody answered the phone straight away. All in all, a good experience.

Amazing experience with these guys from start to finish.
