I ordered this dress, ZEZE African print mock neck midi dress. When I wore it for the first time to a work dinner, the zipper split all the way open on my way to the event. I had a winter coat which I had to wear all night. Furthermore the zipper at the mock neck was stuck when I tried to take it off at home. My husband had to cut me out of the dress with a pair of scissors. I’m so disappointed and I had a terrible outing, thanks to this major wardrobe malfunction at a corporate event. Even worse was the customer service rep, ‘Tiffany’ who refused to refund my money because I didn’t have the defective dress to mail back to them (cause I had to cut myself out of it). $130 down the drain with an awful experience to boot. Won’t be shopping from them again and I certainly don’t recommend.

I needed a dress for a Wakanda themed Gala. I had seen this site many times through Facebook so I decided to try Ofuure out. I found a gorgeous purple dress on clearance in an extra small. I'm very petite size 0, so I used rush order so I would have time for Alterations. The Items came so fast I was shocked. When I tried the dress on it fit Perfectly, I did not not need any Alterations, I also discovered it had pockets which was a bonus. The material was great quality, it looked le the actual pictures, it was double lined. During the event people kept stopping me to give me compliments and ask where I got it. I also won most Original Dress. I truly loved everything about this dress. Sleeves, layers, pockets and fit. Worth every penny.

OFUURE is my go-to shop every season! All of their pieces are so vibrant and I especially love the versatility of their infinity jumpsuits & dresses. I love that it is black-owned and inspired by Queens. I look forward to every new collection!

Love Ofuure’s designs and prints! I really love the packaging too. I’ve actually been collecting the different dust bags their products come in lol. So far I have 8 colors, and they’re suede! The shipping is always super fast and they reply my emails fast too. I’ve been shopping with them for about 3/4 years now so you can imagine how colourful my wardrobe is! I love the brand. Cheers!

This is not my first order and it definitely won’t be my last!! I loved my products, they exceeded my expectations in quality and the fit is perfect every time ! Definitely worth every penny!
I also loved that the website had all the fine details I needed to know about shipping so I was able to order and receive my items in good time when considering their processing times ! My advice is always read those shipping and sizing details as each company is unique because so far Ofuure has not let me down yet!

Terrible customer service!!! I ordered an item expedited so that I would have it for a function I was traveling out of state to. The sent me the wrong items (I ordered a crop top and they sent me shorts). So I contacted them as I was so dissapointed, had to change my entire outfit. I sent an email and they apologized and confirmed that the would give me a full refund for the item (as the error was made on their side not mine and I could no longer benefit from the outfit) They said all I would have to do is put "Tiffany approved refund" on card. I did all that and they still sent me a store credit. I have sent 3 emails and I still have not received a response. They were in the wrong and refuse to refund me my money and I sent the item back!!! Horrible Customer Service. DONT RISK YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!

Wanted to support this company, but sadly they have very poor customer service. Got sent wrong item after paying extra for expedited shipping, had to pay to ship it back. One month and multiple emails later, I haven’t gotten a response about the status of my refund/store credit. Buy from them at your own risk. I will not be a return customer.

Items never received. Disappointed as the styles were super cute. Took over a month to receive a refund. Definitely pay the extra for route insurance as they will intervene and give you your money back.

ÖFUURË seems quick to take your money, but not so quick to actually send you the items you bought – literally.

I ordered some sale items at the end of January 2021 after giving in to temptation from the shop's social media adverts. As it seems a black-owned business specialising in cool designs from African print – which I love – I was willing to support it, even if it meant paying a hefty sum for international delivery. Got a dispatch email three days later; however, when I checked the tracking (DHL) a few days after that email, I noticed it said the sender had generated a label but hadn't handed over the order to DHL.

This persisted for weeks, by which time I contacted ÖFUURË for a status update. The responding assistant said she'll look into the order and get back to me – which never materialised. The tracking status never budged either, so at the time of writing this review – having lodged a dispute with PayPal at the beginning of March and just received a refund after radio silence from the seller – that parcel is 'still waiting to be handed to DHL.'

A whole two months (and counting) just to drop off a simple package to a courier? I can only say it must be the longest, most colossal package in the universe, so it hasn't been received in its entirety (!)

It's safe to say that not only has ÖFUURË lost a potential new customer, but also it's damaged that potential customer's trust in it. I won't attempt to order from it again, and I would discourage any other international users from doing the same – try Etsy instead.

It calls its customer 'queens' but doesn't respect them as so, if this experience is anything to go by.
