One part got lost in transit (box broke, part escaped) without hesitation they helped us out. We got a refund for the lost part and received the best customer service in the process! Will be back to purchase again! Literally the best, oozes Canadian spirit! Thank you so much for everything!
I rarely write reviews but with so little information about this store on the web I think it's important that people searching them up can find some reviews about it. Great prices for a specific type of fastener I was trying to buy - cheaper than most places, and they even had it in stock, which is rare. They respond quickly and shipping prices are very reasonable.
First time ordering from them. Their prices are good and I received the items in two days. - I'm rural, so that's very fast! No damage and the items were exactly what I ordered.
Ordered 3 items, 2 were fine, the 3rd was completely wrong item. I advised them, and they confirmed their error, then they offered to refund me the difference in price on the one shipped in error, which I don't need. Now they seemed to be blocking me and non-responsive. No number to call. Very disappointed.

Worth looking through items made in Canada, but have to watch out for other categories as they don't define where everything is manufactured.
Ordered a bottle of refridgerent and emailed them at same time. After 3 days they had not shipped or replied to email. Sent 2nd email inquiring to order status. Their reply states system glitch so they did not receive order even though they took my money. They say try to order again so once cc was refunded, I tried to order once more. Once again radio silence. This time for a week. Finally had money returned to cc at least. But what a screw around. Now I have lost clients and revenue. It's to bad, I like to support local albertan companies but if this is the level of service provided... then they can keep it.
I needed a specific blade replacement and they had some. With the free shipping, I ordered and they delivered next day from 3 provinces away. Beats ordering from Amazon.
Very responsive on emails. And most importantly selling original goods. I got my Carthartt Detroit jacket from them, glad its straight from Canada. This particular jacket is sold out everywhere. Glad they have some still! Very satisfied! Fast delivery as well despite disruptions with Canadapost.
Five Stars are not enough. Purchased some lifting support stands on line and shortly sells person Jason contacted me via email for following up about my orders to clarify if I ordered twice intentionally or by accident two similar orders, which is a proof of an excellent customer care and caring about your investment and money spend, to me sounded very honorable from Company's representative. Jason worked hard to find me a suitable Courier that could match my criteria which happened to be FedEx an excellent postal service. I strongly recommend oh Canada supply with the best and lowest marketing price in Canada. Thank you
