I ordered the “Waiting At The Door”…
I ordered the “Waiting At The Door” canvas, framed, for my son who just lost his dog of 13 years. I did not see the final product, but the proof that was sent to me, through email, looked great, and my son loved it! Ordering on the website was very easy and attaching my photo was simple. Their turnaround was very quick. I would definitely order from this company again.

The product was as depicted
The product was as depicted, the price was fair, and I believe the workmanship was up to par however as it was a gift, I never actually saw it personally. My sister sent me a picture of it and she appeared happy with it.
I would have given it 5 stars but it was a bit disconcerting that I was given an option to note that it was a gift however there was no indication of who sent it. My sister had to call to ask if I had sent it as it was a surprise.

When issues with website your team reacts quickly to take care of customers frustrations. Website edits need to be more user friendly
The website in loading and cropping pictures is not user friendly. When choosing your pictures you have to select them a certain order to place them in the spot you want them to appear on the canvas. The cropping of the photo (maybe I'm not really good at it), but I have to contact you before the order is started to have you crop my pictures instead. This is my positive on how you guy received a 5 star because you react immediately to my request and complete my order to what I want to reflect on the canvas.

Oh Canvas is my go to!
The ordering process is easy, the communication from Oh Canvas is great. Product received was just as ordered! I have tried to order cheaper canvas items and was disappointed that there was no frame etc. Oh Canvas is dependable and quality! I can't speak to customer service center because I have never had to use it! That is great!

Website easy to use and upload and design very simple. My daughter was overwhelmed when she received her canvas of her sweet dog that passed away. What a sweet tribute. Highly recommend them. I ama repeat customer.
