Ohmyprettywig Reviews

Hair was really great and came very quickly!

This wig is so soft. There’s no bad smell. The lace is hd. The wig came perfectly plucked. This wig is really a put on and go wig. It’s great for beginners. If you don’t know how to install wig, this is this wig for you. Their customer support was great and responded immediately and was very helpful with my questions. So don’t walk run as fast as you can and buy this wig. These curls are beautiful.

The best experience ever ordering was smooth and easy. Delivery was a little slow because of the snow but the representative kept me informed on the delivery every step of the way. I love my wig it looks so natural and no shedding.

Took about 8 days and the wait was well worth it I will be ordering again the customer service is good as well they were very patient with me as I got a little frustrated waiting lol my wig was gluessless wig is soft I ordered 18 inch I do feel it’s 16 not 18 but the wig is soft pretty it was already Pre-Cut and came with so many goodies

I order a wig that looked nothing like the pics. It looked horrible and now I’m having a hard time returning it.

I give this hair five star its speak volume and true to length i would buy this hair again

The hair quality is thick and true to length. Initial delivery was very quick, although the exchange process took a little longer than expected. Customer service is really good and very responsive. This is my second wig from them and I’ll definitely be ordering again. Very pleased

Very Patient and understanding with my exchange , I have purchased over 10 wigs with this company!

Wig arrived on time. Good condition. No smell. Not too much volume. Curls are not too tight or too loose, just right. Very happy.

I love the hair.the quality is top notch, exactly what i expected

this is my second time ordering from ohmypretty wig company and I love the quality of the wigs they are the best ! I've tried other wig companies but I wasn't satisfied until I tried ohmypretty. & their customer service is amazing I'll definitely recommend them to others best wig company hands down with great quality and affordable hair

Suis vraiment très satisfaite de ma wig et ce n’est pas la première fois que je commande leurs wigs toujours satisfaites les cheveux de très bonnes qualité je vous le conseille fortement 🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I’ve ordered one time in the past and had no issues. This second time I purchased a wig on 12/6 today is 12/18 and still have not received my order. I went online to see where they was at with my order and it’s showing “paid not shipped”. I reached out twice yesterday through the chat box and no response. Then I emailed. I’m currently waiting on a reply. If I don’t hear back I will be contacting my credit card company to get my refund and order from where I normally order from and leave this company alone

I’m honestly so happy with my purchase. The hair is exactly what I was hoping for, soft, full, and true to length. The quality is really good and it looks amazing. I’m very, very satisfied and will definitely be buying from them again. Highly recommend!

Absolutely LOVE the hair. I will definitely order again. I like that they communicate well with their clients. Best purchase can’t wait to order again. Highly recommend 👌🏾

Packaging is great! They equip you with everything needed for your wig. Great customer service as well!

I just love my wig and how natural it looks I get a lot of compliments

I absolutely love my bundles I ordered. My order made it to my home in a timely manner. I did not have to wait long at all. The quality of the bundles are elite. The hair is so soft, vibrant and manageable. I’ve gotten so many compliments. I’ll definitely continue purchasing.

Loved my hair and how it came. The communication is always so quick and they are always readily available to solve any issues you have. Made a mistake in my delivery address and they picked it up and quickly emailed me to fix it. Bought the Yaki wig and quality is lovely for the price point.

Beautiful wig and great customer service. I sent a message to check the status of the wig and received a quick response.
