Ohmyprettywig Reviews

I have order from them multiple times and they never fail to just impress me. There hair is always beautiful and it always ships same week I order. Not only that but their customer service is top tier. If you not buying from them your doing something wrong!

I love this wear and go unit. Literally had it for over a year and it hasn't disappoint me yet. My sisters has even purchased because of how much they love my unit.

The wig i ordered looked just like the picture! It is absolutely beautiful! Not only was the shipping fast, but the customer service was amazing and I’m so glad I found this company. I recommend them to everyone!

I am a sucker for great customer service, i would have started with the amazing product, but there were some hiccups which were fast resolved. Great quality, friendly staff. Quick responses time. A+

My experience this hair company has been the best in terms of consistency and great improvement with the quality if hair and tinted lace front.

As a returning client, I would like the density to improve more. So far everything looks great.

Thanks Ohmypretty hair for quick and smooth communication.

Wig is terrible. Hair was falling out. The second I washed it. Lace starting ripping. Lace was balding after two weeks. This was a WASTE of money!

I order my wig October 24th, I reached out to the company on the 1st of November. To figure out what's going on with my order. They send me a "Update Status" on the 31st of October. And my status was still the same. Label Created since October 24th. Then I send a 2nd email, Because they Never even replied to my 1st email. I waited 24hrs, before I send the 2nd email. And still NO response back. Mine you they got my payment, the very next day. But yall can't reach back out to me. And I'm sending yall emails

The hair is always great quality! The delivery is fast and I love the extra goodies that come with the hair, they are so useful and it’s why I come back to ohmypretty time and time again :)

Omg! I loved this wig from the moment I opened the box. The hair is very soft. And the color was better than I expected. Then putting it on I did not have to do anything…no timing, no cutting the lace and I also received a lot of compliments. I will be ordering here from now on. Thank you!

I have got to say, best wig I have purchased in years!

The quality of my product is on point. Its soft and durable. I love it and plan to purchase more. The only part that I would like to see improved is the bottom of the unit. The ban is great and I love the removable combs but the bottom does not lay flat it sits out a little from my neck.

I would buy my wigs again, & again & again! The best yet! They have never failed me.

Absolutely love all my wigs from oh my pretty! They are all perfect! The wear n go wigs are my favorite. quick to put on, quick to get off, which is perfect for me as a business owner.

Wig was much fuller and longer than I expected. Colored great!

I've been a faithful & honest customer for OMP for nearly a year now, and I've ordered well over 6 wigs. Their hair quality is amazing, soft, body, realistic luster, and not that cheap wig shine like most wig retailers. The wind I've ordered have everlasting quality, and doesn't frizz nor tangle easily. I love how I can curl, color and style my hair as I plesse without any damage. I will be placing yet another order for an upcoming Christmas party for a reddish brown wig. Btw, my loved ones and colleagues love OMP wigs as well. I promise this company is credible, shipping is fast approximately 5 days from when you placed your order, and they also give you free gifts with each order, I love that. Customer service is pleasant, attentive, and very accommodating to their customers and potential customers. I appreciate OH MY PRETTY, and I'll continue to do business with them always. Thanks!!
