I’ve bought from Oh So Floral many times now this year! All plants come looking stunning! Packaged really well (love the pink boxes), I buy all my plants from there now as the prices are always great, delivery is quick and they respond promptly to any questions I’ve had!

I really landed on my feet when I found oh so floral.
As with many things on social media I was concerned ‘is this another business that’s just going to give me trouble’ but with Megs happy face and Shanes dry humour I thought I’ll give them a try and I’ve never looked back.
90% of my plants are from oh so floral and the quality difference between them and your high street shops is night and day, the plants are all quality checked when they come in and when they’re shipped out, I’ve never received a plant with a single pest or massive problem. Meg and Shane are very open and communicative, even after they’ve sold you the plant they still make sure they’re available to answer any questions that may arise after the fact even for plants that haven’t been bought from them.
If you want a specific plant Meg waves her wand and miraculously sources them for you and the prices are always competitive!
They have a discord community, they do subscriptions and rare subscriptions, if you’re a subscriber you get early access to plant lives on TikTok so you get first picks, they have fun grab machines for plant plushies and bundles for everyone they even do rescue bundles which are plants that don’t reach their high standards but honestly you wouldn’t be able to tell there was anything wrong with them… this is a small business people and they are going above and beyond and smashing it for such a small team

I have ordered many plants from OSF over the past year and have never had a problem with any of them. The plants arrive quickly and in great condition. I definitely find the care guides helpful. Will definitely buy from them again

I have placed multiple orders with Oh So Floral over the last 6 months and have always been over the moon with what I have received. They are now my number 1 place to get plants, soil and pots from. The staff take so much care packing the orders so everything arrives in pristine condition. Highly highly recommend 🥰🪴

Shipping is quick and reliable and the plants are packed beautifully. Great range of plants to choose from and they are always happy to help on their TikTok lives.

Both the products and customer service can’t be faulted!! Everything I’ve ordered from oh so floral has arrived in great condition as they are all packed super carefully.
They’re always live in TikTok so if you have any queries you can ask them any questions or to see anything they have in stock on the live.
Speaking of stock - they take requests and can even do preorders if you message them.

Overall - 10/10, of course would recommend and would buy again! Not sure I’ve gone a week since discovering them without placing an order 🫣 oops.

My experience of ordering with Oh So Floral gave me confidence to try other plant shops on TikTok but boy was that a mistake 🥲🥲. None of my OSF plants have ever had any bugs or needed urgent repotting but the one thing I ordered from someone else has given me nothing but problems. Only OSF from here on out 🫡

Bought many plants from this company, from “basic” ferns and philodendrons too rarer plants such as monstera snow white, a range of alocasia and anthuriums. All have been of exceptional quality down to packaging and care guides. The community they have grown on discord is just amazing too as there is always someone able to help or to share your love for plants with. Will forever be one of my favourite companies of all time!

All of my online plant purchases come from oh so floral and they're always in perfect condition. They're packaged amazingly, well priced and there's always a wide variety to choose from. The team are lovely too and always super helpful when answering any questions. Definitely recommend for houseplant collectors

I've been an avid customer of oh so floral for a good few months now and have bought COUNTLESS plants from them and other products such as merch and pots and also the liquid gold leaf and I have got to say the customer service is absolutely amazing ! The plants are extremely good quality and never come with pests I am extremely pleased with their service

Meg and Shane clearly put so much care and effort into what they do, and it really shows. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and want every plant to arrive looking its best.

Love oh so floral! every plant I had from them are in perfect condition not a spec on the plant and the packaging is perfect well packaged in a beautiful box always arrived safe with very fast delivery.
