Well what can I say. I was made up to see oils direct selling dotters oils as they are expensive and it gave me the option to pay on Klarna . However … they are NOT dotters oils. I feel very foolish . I knew straight away something wasn’t right as use these oils already and the scent was weak and one was a blue colour ? I have had clarification that Doterra do not sell through this company or any company! Do not be duped! I spent £60 on a load of rubbish

Waited nearly a month for my order. Yodel say OilsDirect gave me an invalid tracking number. Lots of delays and not responding to emails. Finally cancelled the payment with my bank. Still haven't heard from them, despite a few promises to rectify. Initially thought their service was small-company chaos. I don't now think it is. It smacks much more of a 'keep 'em sweet' scam. Don't touch this company with a barge pole.

hard no, they posted proof of delivery of a completely wrong address. I sent them a picture of my front door and confirmed address as they asked. they then ghosted me and are now still charging me for a service that was not delivered. Ignorant customer service, its a scam avoid!!!

I placed an order that never arrived. I contacted customer service three times by email and was completely ignored. No resolution, no communication. I would avoid ordering from this company.

Delivery was from China, not the UK, as stated. No contact number and email responses were very delayed and very dismissive and unprofessional. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Please avoid avoid avoid, don t buy anything from them as they are not sending the products you order, they do not reply to your emails, fully fully avoid.

Now i need to contact my bank to waist time to recover my money… this website should not exist at all.

Avoid this website at all costs, do not be fooled by their prices. It’s a SCAM!! I ordered two of the same items from the website on the 14th October and received only one of them on the 16th October. I emailed them straight away to say I had only received one of the two items and sent a photo for evidence. They did respond but asked for a photo which I had already sent so I sent it again. Since then I have not heard anything back for over 2 weeks and have emailed in multiple times. There is no contact number only an email address. I have now reported them to citizens advice, Amex and Trading Standards. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID - AVOID

The order was placed a week ago, no update yet and nobody answer to the emails.

Genuine döTERRA oils can ONLY be purchased via the döTERRA website or via wellness advocate link. This is not a genuine company so please be aware!!

Product arrived sealed and well packaged. Shipping took longer than anticipated but there was the spring bank holiday to take into account.

Read trustpilot reviews after ordering and was worried I had been scammed. Contacted Klarna who informed to wait a few more days before progressing further. Fortunately, it arrived this morning 😀

Quick delivery and they discount code was very helpful.

SCAM. I ordered in Dec 2024 its now Feb 24 and after writing a few emails - no response!

This is a scam.
No phone number and the email is fake.
Be aware of it.
Horrible experience, I just contacted my bank for dispute.

Ordered 10 days ago and and still no products. It was a large order and I have had no replies to emails. Agree with the other contributor that this may be a scam.

Scam company pls don't fall for it like I have done. Nothing has ever been delivered and only way of contacting them is by email which they don't respond too
