I've order item from France to Spain, close to miss it
I've order item from France to Spain, the seller use okayparcel. He gave me track but the website of okayparcel don't work more the week. I used other website to observe hot it moves. I did not received any notification, the track number only provides changes at the same night time 00:59 poor data very regular for them - it is not correct info.
I check it every day, it was crutial moment for me.
But in the end the history was changed and updated, and as result it was in UPS point and I found somehow another tracknumber and it hold about 4 days already. In the history I found label :
We were unable to deliver your package. It's on the way to a secureUPS Access Point™ location for pick up.
but it lie, 3 adults were at home whole few days, it means they don't try delivery.
I was lucky and could take it in the last days.
It is not realible and I have bad experience, no one notification, fake history on entire way as mess, in the end compromise a false story with a lot of details.
Overall -> not reliable
