Although it took about 2.5 weeks for my package to get here, I understand the time because I live in the USA. Customer service was excellent and prompt. Angela S answered any questions and concerns I had. I will be sure to order from Okdermo again in the future keeping in mind the time it takes for packages to come in.

Product was exactly what was stated on the website. It took just under two weeks to get it. They were out of a product but quickly conferred with me and suggested another option in its place. The only thing that bugs me is that the total for your order that you see upon checkout, is a few dollars less than what your credit card gets charged. I kinda freaked out at that, at first, not understanding why. Overall not a huge deal, still way cheaper than what I would have had to pay.

I have never written a review before . After years and I mean years of wanting to order tretinion online I finally did it. I was afraid of being scammed.
Not only did I receive my product but the best customer service ever. Angela cares enough to make sure I received my parcel repeatedly as it took awhile to get here.

I can't thank Angela and will diffently be ordering again from Okdermo.

I am very happy with OKDEMO service. Angela is amazing, very knowledgable on the products and always available. Products arrive early, around 10 days. They looks good, some with product labelling. Cant wait to see the result. Thanks OKDEMO

With vaniqa currently not being available in the US, this saved me! It arrived quickly and for a very small fraction of the price I'm used to paying. Plus, I didnt have to mess around with a prescription. Will definitely be ordering again soon and from now on.

The product I ordered was delivered before the promise date. The product was as described. Very good experience.

The shipping came earlier than expected. The container was perfectly sealed and the packaging well secured.

This is the first time I have ordered from Okdermo and I must say the customer service is outstanding. I was a bit worried that my product would not be here on time but I got it today and in excellent condition.

I’ve been using Vaniqa for years. Since it’s on back order for several months I searched online and found this Eflora product. Works just as well. Very effective at a much lower cost. Will be purchasing again. Only problem was waiting for it to get shipped overseas.

Easy communication with the seller. My package did not arrive as expected. The seller contacted me first to see if my package had been delivered. When I informed them it had not, they reshipped it quickly and continued to follow up with me to make sure my package was delivered. Excellent customer service.
