ok product but need more kernel support.
It is an ok product though it need more kernel firmware support with a wider variety of OS support.

Timely shipping plus kind customer support
I received the Rock 5B board by timely shipping, even though it was from UK to US, but my board would not boot, once I connected Anker A2663 power supply plus HDMI plus flashed microSD card with Debian image from Raxda. OKdo tech support was kind enough to help me through email responses, referring me to their sister company us.rs-online.com, where I ordered another Rock 5B board. I look forward to one day getting this SBC to work for me

Disappointing outcome
Disappointing outcome. The rockpi4cplus can't run anything except it's own designed o/s EVEN though it has other options on their downloads page NONE of them worked! Won't order from OKDO again.

In two minds
I don't know what to say really. I'm always extremely pleased by the ease with which I can place an order and next-day delivery has been spot on. I even received a delivery on the bank holiday. But alas, it has taken three weeks of nagging to get an educational discount and then, when I received my last order of PoE hats for the Rock 4, they didn't fit.
