I ordered OKOA’s Dual Action Lifting Cream, after trying other products that didn't work for me, and I had high hopes. My skin has a moderate loss of firmness and OKOA’s ads for a risk-free purchase would give me the chance to try something new. I was immediately disappointed not to see the “immediate lift” which is one of their main selling points, but decided to keep using it to see if something might change. After a few weeks, it became obvious to me that it just wasn't working. I cancelled my subscription, then contacted OKOA, to let them know that I was dissatisfied with the product and would like a refund. They gave me two options; I could keep the product and recieve a 50% refund, or pay $7.00 to return the product. Why anyone would want to keep a nearly empty container of a product that doesn't work, to get 50% of their money back, is beyond me. And paying $7.00 to return a nearly empty container to OKOA is just as absurd. Either way, this is not the “no risk” purchase that OKOA claims it is. They basically punish the customer for buying a product that fails to deliver as advertised. I would not recommend buying products from OKOA.

I ordered Okoa Order #15085 9 Apr 2026 described as "dual action lifting cream -- Immediate lift, visible results; Long-term transformation; Botox effect", none of which did I experience. The product is odd, feeling a slight constriction on my face but NO VISIBLE change and I needed to add a fair amount of moisturizer to be comfortable. I used it from the beginning of May until now, 13 June. It certainly wasn't helpful. I don't recommend.

The dual action lifting cream really works. It HAS to be applied over moisturizer though, or it will leave a film.
I can't say enough about this product! It erases fine lines. Doesn't do a lot for deep wrinkles or sagging though. I'm on my 3rd month and can see my fine lines improving without it on.
Don't know why others had a bad experience. Their customer service is great too, they got back to me with 1 day.
Also I am a real customer, they haven't paid me. I wrote this review so others would think about trying it because it has really helped me put my best face forward.

This is a continuation of a previous review. I still haven’t received a reply for my return. I have received a cancellation. Julie is supposedly working on why I haven’t received a response to me return. I have no hope at this point.
Terrible customer service. Awful product with 2 endocrine disrupter in it. Do not purchase from this company.

Customer service sucks. I canceled my subscription online but they require a phone call which I couldn’t take because I screen my calls and when I’m working I can’t take personal calls. I chatted with them and I’ve received multiple emails trying to convince me to keep my subscription but I just want to cancel. I already said I didn’t see any difference why would I continue to use something that doesn’t do anything for me. I’ve been using it over a month twice a day and no difference.

If I could give no stars or negative stars I would.

I signed up for the wrinkle cream subscription and received my 1st bottle and it did nothing except leave a white film on my face that I didn’t see until people would point it out to me. This happened 3 separate times and it did nothing for my wrinkles. So I went into the site to cancel and a pop up message comes up saying they want more info for why I’m cancelling and say someone will call me within 24 hrs. I called them and each time it says there’s no one to take the call. I left a message. I emailed them 3 times. I finally got a text from them and told them what was happening and the response was to use the link sent to cancel which send you right back to the same place and the same message that they will call you. When someone finally responded to my email it was also the same message to follow the link and now after two weeks, 6 emails, 4 text conversations, 3 phone calls the subscription is still active and I have to escalate it to the credit card company. I’m livid. This company is a total scam company. Product doesn’t work. Links don’t work. Customer service is a joke.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
