Did an in store return. Took 4 times ringing up items . Cashier kept asking me if I paid with the same credit card . I kept telling her I paid online with my debit card.
She finally called a manager to help her .
Now they’re telling me the refund will take 10-15 business days to reflect on my account . Interesting how there quick to take the payment yet slow to issue a refund .

No item or money
Bought 5 items only received 4. I filed a claim, they denied it. The shipping package was sealed by shipping label because it was torn. So basically they want me to pay for something I didn't receive. Will never receive my item or money. And they get to keep it

So many of the ladies tops are so thin in material, you can almost see through them. I shouldn't have to wear a tank top under the tops because the fabric is so sheer. If you're going to sell sheer tops, please list them as being sheer in the description.

You get what you pay for with old navy. We've visited them at West Ed, at Van city mall, at Sherway and SQ1, and frankly the quality is in line with their super low prices. I find that a lot of the negative reviews on here aren't fair and I think they provide essentially 'basic' good for 'basic' and affordable prices. And my overall experience ordering online hasn't been horrendous like some people here are saying. I ordered, it arrived, nothing off or unusual.

Terrible return policy. I am in CA and was unable to return on time because of the wildfires. A week later I tried to return and was told I could not. Bought some items as Christmas gifts in December and thought since it was still January I would not have any problems. I was wrong.

I placed an order for maternity leggings and a pair of maternity sweat pants. I had to wait two months (that part was more due to the strike happening) but once it arrived one of the items was missing.
I ordered a two pack of leggings, and in the package there was only one. I contacted customer service immediately and let them know what happened. I was told my option was to go in store to exchange the package or send back my order and re-order it once again. There is no in store option near where I live and quite frankly I can’t wait another month for maternity pants, so I asked if I could just get the missing item sent out to me. I was told no, that their system is will not allow it.
I’ll never shop there again. You pay for products and even if the item is missing they will not send you what you paid for.

Never again will I place an order with this company. Tracking shows package was never shipped. They claim I have to file a "claim" for a return, even though they never sent the item. Thank God I ordered through Paypal, with which I opened a claim. The customer service at ON was frightening. These people are criminals. Never again. Never.

My order was missing an item and they refused to refund me or send a replacement. I never would've expected this from a store so well known. Shopping online with this store is a scam! Beware that you'll lose $$ if anything goes wrong with your delivery. I will never shop here again online or in store.
Old Navy steals Money for online orders
I placed an online order. They sent my order to the wrong address. I am in no way affiliated with that address, it was a complete screw up on their part. They refuse to do anything about it. Their customer service was rude to me every time I called. One representative even accused me of using profanity, which I was not doing, and then said “first warning. Stop using bad words or we’re through.” She then hung up on me. All I said was, I would like to speak to a supervisor because I want a refund for this order. Literally no “bad words” were used. They refuse to acknowledge that they made a mistake. Won’t even consider trying to rectify the situation. So now I’m out the money for the order that they sent to some random person. Do not ever order from. Old navy!! They will steal your money and then customer service will falsely accuse you of yelling profanities.

Terrible customer service.
Tried for several months now to purchase clothes online from old navy. Keeps telling me something wrong with my debit/ credit card and asks me to confirm and retry. I did that. Still wouldn't put my order through? So I gave up and didn't (couldn't) put my orders through? Today, silly me tried again to order some items for Christmas. Same thing happened, but this time I called customer service. Effort in frustration! Couldn't help me with my issue and apparently, the one department that maybe able to sort this out was not available, due to Thanksgiving holiiday in U. S? I live in Canada, I told her. She said Canada and U.S. has same customer service? Meanwhile the items I was ordering, are only On sale today, so they've cheated me again. Used the same card that was used at old navy for multiple companies, including, Amazon and Walmart and NEVER had a problem. Old Navy is terrible and according to many complaint sites, most customers feel the same way. 1.5 stars out of 5. Who knows how much money old navy loses every year, due to total incompetence. Obviously, their days are numbered, due to their terrible policies and very poor customer service. I will never shop there again!

1 because I can’t go lower. I ordered a jacket for my son. It was not in the package. I filed a claim that there was no jacket in the package but everything else was there and I’d either like a refund or a replacement jacket neither of which they did. They told me that since the package showed “delivered” that I would not qualify for a refund. How can you not refund someone the cash for the item if you did not package it right. They It’s absolutely ridiculous. I would not recommend shopping with them going forward unless they actually start to care about their customer base.

OldNavy south edmonton common management has close to zero customer service.the other staff were great but management needs to be, at minimum, retrained in resolution. I got two pairs of jeans both same straight 360 jean one was grey slim, one blue . The gry did not fit I wanted to exchange for same size in blue. I went to the till and discovered there was a $30 charge because they were not the same jeans. Thru conversation with manager I could only straight exchange for "exactly the same jean". Another color of the same style and price made them "different" jeans. Why would I need to exchange for exactly the same item??? When purchased less than 24hr before, I declared my uncertainty in purchasing which is why I got slim straight 360 stretch and straight 369 stretch. Also I explored consequences if I needed to exchange. I was assured I would have no issues if I needed to exchange, it would be straight acrossas long as i got 360 stretch jean style. I had used old navy cash and told this would transfer through - which it was not. I guess technically I wouldn't have an issue if I took the jeans I bought and got exactly the same item but who would do this. The exchange policy was applied disingenuously by this manager who showed very clear irritating with my frustration at the ridiculous idea I could only exchange for exactly the same item size, style and color or loose money. She was willing to do zero for customer service or in the name of common sense.
Claim filed lost package, Old Navy pocketing shipping cost
Order placed on 11/8. Carrier never pickers up order and it has not moved in the shipping queue since 11/9. I had to wait until today before Old Navy filed a claim and let me request a refund. They are refusing to refund the shipping amount of $7. Therefore Old Navy is pocketing that amount and still making a profit off of my sale- an item that never shipped.
ON is no longer a decent company
I used to think ON was a decent company. I have never had issues with them and I like that my ON credit card can be used at all their companies. I placed an order and an item was missing. I contacted customer service. Instead of handling my issue, they made me file a claim and wait days to see if they were going to believe me or not. So I was lucky (many are not from what I've read from reviews on facebook) they "approved" my request as they put it and refunded the item. For one, no one reached out to me, I didn't want a refund. I needed the item and now I have part of an outfit and I will need to re-order the item. Second, the item was half off and I will have to wait and hope it goes on sale again at that same price and hope they have the right color and size. If this is how this company does business, I hope they go under. How can you treat customers this way and expect them to return? THEY messed up my order and then they treated me like they expect me to jump through hoops in order to get the issue resolved. They clearly do not value their customers. Also, before shopping with them, check out the BBB complaints and reviews for Gap, Inc which owns ON and facebook, there is review after review with the same experience I've had. Someone at Gap Inc is either trying to pull one over on their customers or they are stealing people's orders. They clearly need to do something different or they need to close because none of this is okay!
