My wife and I adopted a tree from olivers.com when we asked if we could visit the Groves when we went over to Italy. They mentioned that it’s just a virtual groove and not an actual groove. This is very misleading as it specifically states that we could find our groove and visit our groove when we ask upon a refund we were ghosted with nobody even bothering to reach back out to us or let us know what was going on. We waited approximately a week before signing to leave this review at this point I would not trust this company to provide the product as a cannot even keep basic communication open, despite there being difficulty with the transaction and honoring their part of the deal.

I purchased an orchard 10 trees, I contacted customer support with questions. It took several emails and threatening to contact Italian authorities to receive a response. They apologized several times in a long response email. I then asked if I could elect to have a few trees have wooden placards with my deceased nephew’s name. If so could they please provide a few pics of trees with his name tag showing, for his parents? They said let me check into that but don’t think it will be a problem. After a month and a half I am still awaiting a response and pics of the actual tree. I was notified that my first shipment is ready and it is total of 4 liters, which is about what one tree produces!! So for the ten trees orchard I purchased there should be an additional 32 liters left. It does not show that. Overall very unresponsive and not good at answering questions or attending to requests from adoptees!!!! 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

It is SO perfect. Packaged so safely, the bottles are lovely and the label? The absolute best. Thank you for bringing liquid sunshine from Tuscany! Big virtual hugs to the trees and the growers!

I have yet to receive any response from emails sent regarding seeing the actual tree from which I purchased olive oil. The only view of the tree on my account is the Minecraft-like computer generated image. Since I would be traveling to Italy in September and staying in Tuscany, I had hoped to look into that particular grove. Any email request to view the actual tree or grove was unanswered. This entire promotion is misleading at best. Whether or not I receive the olive oil remains to be seen. I recently received a email that one bottle is in process the other not until March. It was my understanding I purchased one tree. Wouldn’t bottles come from the olives of the same harvest? Most likely, olive oil is purchased from one site, mass packaged and labeled before shipping. I should have checked the reviews before making this purchase.

Amaze Amaze Amaze...I was 'over the moon' or hive when the box was delivered. Immediately toasted some bread and enjoyed oil from Italian trees. Love the thought that I am a part of this amazing project 🫒🌳🫒

This olive oil is going to be my son-in-law’s biggest and best Christmas present so I cant say yet how tasty it is. However i can give you compliments for your website and for the safe shipping. The bottles were safe in their packaging, and the labels with his name on them will delight him! We will get back with further review of the oil in the new year. Buon natale!!

The taste and quality of the oil is absolutely fantastic. Love the label of it all.

THIS IS A SCAM - they have a slick website, and a cool concept, but BEFORE I BOUGHT THIS, I asked them if you could actually visit the tree (WEB SITE SAYS YES IN AUGUST) - Requests for response of gone unanswered, bought this for my spouse as we thought it would be cool to visit the tree when in Tuscany next month. Maybe you do get Olive Oil a few times a year ($100+ for two bottles) but the ENTIRE CONCEPT is based on a REAL TREE. Its a scam.

This is the absolute best tasting olive oil I’ve ever had and I purchase olive oil from everywhere I travel! Delicious!!

I tried to cancel my 2 orders within an hour of placing them, I received an email stating it would be taken care of, basically after 3 weeks I am being ignored by this company.. One of the reasons I cancelled was I did not receive any confirmation email after the purchase and assumed the company was not being managed properly.. I should have gone with my gut!!! Do Not purchase from this site!

I adopted an olive tree as a gift for a family member, and paid $30 extra to have a large certificate of ownership sent to me for presentation. The transaction closed before the system captured my physical address (but, after my credit card had cleared). Thinking this might be SOP, I waited a few hours for an email with, perhaps a link to tell me how to accomplish this. When that never came, I contacted Customer Support through their website, being promised a response in 48 hours. 4 days later, I got a response full of apologies and requesting the mailing address, which supplied in minutes. Another several days passed without contact. I responded directly asking for tracking info, as the recipient's birthday is now days away. More apologies, and assurance that my certificate is being prioritizd. His birthday has now come and gone without word from them. I have (strongly!!!!) requested a refund, but, have yet heard nothing.

Update: the requested certificate did, finally arrive. —— 3 weeks too late for the birthday presentation —. but, it did arrive.
