Be very cautious ordering because their customer service will imply you are lying about items missing. I placed my first order, and only one of the items came with the package. When I reached out, they ask for photos of you unboxing, the contents, etc. had I known that they accuse the consumer, I would have kept the box. Very shady customer service and business.

Most beautiful pieces I could get for both of my nieces . What a great price for the best quality . I highly recommend this small company for their gorgeous pieces

My latest purchase was the Flora Drops, as part of a recent sale. However, I received an email from a customer service representative informing me that they were actually out of stock. In this same email, without me even asking, the rep provided me with an additional discount code to use for a future purchase and also offered to provide free shipping for it, no matter the value. Olive and Piper have always provided exceptional customer service that truly goes above and beyond, which is not the norm by any means today!

I will continue to purchase most, if not all of my jewelry from this amazing, Canadian, woman-founded company, and you should too!

I was a first time customer and have fallen in love with this brand! The customer service was so friendly and helpful, the jewelry is beautiful, and the price point is great! Plus it’s a woman owned business which is always a plus to me!

I have bought multiple pieces from Olive and Piper and really love their designs, but recently had a negative experience. I purchased the Marissa Huggie Hoops about a year ago and have barely worn them. After not having worn them for about 6 months, the post instantly broke off as I was inserting it in my ear. I messaged Olive and Piper and did get a quick response, but the response was disappointing. They said that their jewelry is considered "fashion jewelry" and is not crafted to last as "lifetime pieces". They offered me 15% discount to order another pair. No thank you, there are enough other fashion jewelry providers out there that make beautiful pieces that don't break after 1 year, and after barely being worn!!

Amazing customer service. My items were lost on the mail and unlike most businesses ( big or small) , the amazing gals on the team, were there, hands on, trying to help with anything they could do.when USPS ,was unable to locate the package, I was so sweetly offered a full refund, but took the store credit instead and ordered from them, the one & only Olive and Piper, again.Will continue to get my baubles from this beautiful business

I made my first order and loved the products so much that I decided to order my wedding jewelry from them as well. I reached out as my welcome code had expired and within a day, they had responded with a very nice email and a new code. The personal touches this company does is great - I loved the welcome email showcasing their furry mascot! Will absolutely be shopping here again in the future.

I love Olive & Piper. First of all, they're Canadian, so I shop in Canadian fees and there are never any concerns about extra charges or duties. This is the second purchase I've made from their site and what you see is truly what you get - the items are exactly as they appear. The wear well and they're different enough to catch your eye and have someone say, "ooooooh - where did you get that!".

I ordered my wedding jewelry from O&P and was very satisfied with what I got. Beautiful earrings and bracelet look exactly what they are on pictures. Shipping was fast and I received my order pretty quickly. Packaging was good. Looking to get some more from them :)

I have been shopping Olive & Piper for years. They create beautiful and unique pieces that keep me coming back to see what's new. They are Canada based and I live in Texas and have never had any issues with shipping. I recently had a problem with an order and they were quick to respond and ship me a replacement, adding outstanding customer service to my experience with them.
