I hope this helps. It happened to me, exactly the way others described. I already bought for them before I came on here 4 days after my purchase, and saw the reviews. I initiated a query with my bank (MONZO) with email receipts to show where they said they won’t refund or cancel the order. I also mentioned they are a fraudulent company posing as a store in London but in China. I got my refund some hours later.

I have been scammed, like all your reviews my coat which cost £69 was something I could have made myself. I have contacted them and have paid £23 for a tracked & signed Royal mail return to China, I will update my review when I get my refund, if I ever see it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, SCAMMED.

I am defo going to go through my credit card company if I don't receive my refund.

Avoid this website at all costs. They completely misrepresent the products they advertise, and their refund policy is designed to be inconvenient and costly. To get a refund, you’re required to send the item back to China via tracked shipping, which adds significant expense. Frankly, I wouldn’t trust them to acknowledge receiving the returned item anyway.

The garment I received was nothing like what was advertised—it was so poorly made that I honestly think I could have done a better job creating it myself. If you value your money and don’t want to deal with frustration over low-quality clothing, steer clear of this site.

I sent for a sweater which was described as cashmere. It was nothing like the image on the website and it was not cashmere. It looked like a rag. I was told to return it to China which I did at a cost of £17. I complained to the company about the misleading information on their website suggesting that they were committing fraud. They don't seem the slightest bit concerned. I have not had a refund or an acknowledgement that they have received my parcel although I think it will still be at customs because that is what happens to Chinese parcels. I will be contacting trading standards.

Criminal organisation. After taking the money for a £50 tracksuit, there is an email you to say the tracksuit is not in stock, but you cannot have a refund. You can only have a credit note to spend in store. Despite complaining that this is illegal and I am entitled to a refund. If they cannot provide the goods they have just point blank refused.

Please report this company to trading standards if you’ve had any problems with them in order to create enough cases that it may then get picked up and investigated.

This company leads people in the UK to think that items are shipped from the UK and it is easy to return an item that is not suitable.
If you do need to return an item you are requested to send it to China. They acknowledge that this can cost 30 euros so offer a 10% refund.
The products themselves are cheap and very poor quality and not all as described. A 'wool coat' is in fact a flimsy polyester jacket - though I wouldn't even describe it is a jacket; not even as warm as a cardigan.
What they are doing is against The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (CPRs) which prohibits traders from misleading consumers by falsely describing products.
Looking at the amount of terrible reviews, Oliver Harrison is probably committing an offence under the Fraud Act 2006. I am contacting Trading Standards.

This company grossly misrepresents their products.
I received a 'leather' handbag that was not leather and a sweater that is not even knitted fabric - I'm havinga hard time identifying what it is.
It is plain and simple fraud.
The items have to be returned to China at customer's own costs. Has anyone received a refund?

I cannot believe I paid £120 for two sweaters from a company that doesn’t exist. Avoid avoid avoid 🥲

Do not buy anything from this company. They are not a London based company.
I bought a bag. It arrived and did not look anything remotely like the image on their website.

The quality was so poor, it is fit only for the bin. I would not even give it to a charity shop.

The company have been appaling and have refused to refund my money.

I wish I had read the previous reviews. Lesson learnt the hard way.

Coat took weeks to arrive
Disgusting piece of cloth that doesn't resemble a coat. This is misrepresentation. These people are criminal

They were awful.
They scammed me and send cheap materials.
I paid 64 pounds for the coat and it is worth 5 pound.
Also they asked me to pay for shipping for return the coat.

I believe this company to be fraudulent. Please don't order from them. I paid for 3 items. Oliver Harrison took my money and only then told me that one of the items was not in stock. They offered be a credit note. I asked for a refund for the item not in stock. They flatly refused to refund me for an item that they took money for and yet don't have and so are unable to sell me! They refused to speak to me on the phone; they have no phone number. I was reluctantly forced to accept the credit note and now have received an email saying that there is "a delay" in shipping the other 2 items. I don't believe I will ever receive any of these items and will certainly not get a refund. I've spent over £150. At best I'll get a credit note for other items I don't want and those items will never be shipped to me. Sadly I believe I've been scammed. Please save yourself and never buy from Oliver Harrison.

Was duped into purchasing this like the rest . Thought it was a UK company but they are registered in Netherlands and sales from china. Returns is NOT easy , they will not give you the labels even if quality is cheap and you paid a price. Offering 5-20% max for non return . Postage must be c£30 haven’t gone to the PO as yet . Waste of time , energy and so frustrating . If I could give it a negative rating I will !!

This is not a real company. Do not buy from them or any name that includes Oliver Harrison. It is a Chinese scam. I have reported them. They keep contacting me so I have had to block them. Please do not waste your money.

NO STAR! Don’t go near this company! Look at their “returns policy”. Communication only via a Bot. This is a scam.

Do not buy. They are not based in London & will not return garments. Their clothes are very poor quality. I tried to return a coat that was too big & they offered me 10% of the cost, then 15%. I just wanted to return it & get my money back. Shammers!

Absolutely disgusting! As the company said London I assumed that the product I ordered and paid a lot of money for would be genuine and have a quick delivery time. Like many others I have discovered too late that this is a Chinese company who is scamming shoppers. The leather jacket that I ordered was nothing but cheap plastic. Do not ever buy from this company!
