Ordered a dress ,when it arrived wrong item delivered . Tried contacting them nothing .
All I want is a refund and return item . Poor quality .

Not as described, these are not orthopaedic sandals. Very shoddy workmanship and impossible to return as you have to foot the cost of return postage

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. A pair of sandals, shoddy doesn’t begin to describe them. Not cost effective to return them - to China - for a refund. When will I ever learn? Advertised on FB. I should have known I was doomed to be disappointed.

They have offered me a 30% refund which I’ll accept and chalk this up to experience.

Extremely poor service. Goods took from 27th March to 13th April to arrive.
Wrong size. Poor material and does not look like the advert.
All efforts at communication so far have been ignored. AllI I want is to return this and get a refund.

Ditto the other comments. Cheap shoes in poor wrapping, stunk of glue, not wide fit as promised. Total disappointment.

I there was an option it would be zero - AVOID AVOID AVOID, Polished website, should show a Chinese sweatshop - extremely cheap badly made rubbish - I wouldn't pay £2 at a boot fair for the shoes I purchased - they don't want to refund you and want you to pay the cost of sending them back to china - asking you to keep the product for a 50% refund, I am legally looking into this - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Also they were delivered in a plastic bag , with a small amount of bubble wrap, not even in a shoe box! absolutely awful smell of glue, plastic and cheapness

If there was an option for zero star it would be given. The fabric in the photo is not representative of the fabric I received. It's awful quality even for the £39 sale price. It took a month to arrive from China.

Avoid this company. I ordered a pair of shoes, eventually they came in a bag and stunk of the glue they'd used to cheaply stick them together, they were bloody awful 👎
To top it off they came direct from China, but their profile gives the impression it came from a swanky shop in central london. When requesting to return the item, they dragged their heels, and it cost a small fortune to return. Will definately NOT be ordering from them again.
I imagine my refund will be a long time coming 🙄

Avoid this company at all costs. Despite their name being Oliver and Sarah London their merchandise comes from china and is of the poorest quality possible. Paper thin material, badly finished seams and the sizing guide is not accurate. I ordered a jacket in a large despite being a size 10 and I cannot even get my arms into the jacket. Please do not waste your money v
