I bought luggage and flew it across the country several times including rolling it through Seattle many times and checking it through at the gate and it is still in perfect condition. $39.00 never though it would last, but it did, Al J.

This store has “Good stuff. Cheap” blaring over the loudspeaker. Big. HUGE difference between inexpensive and cheap. The coffee is gross 🤮. Cheap. American made. Great! The taste is awful.

I brought leather furniture from Ollie's. Never, ever did I think I would purchase furniture. Yet alone leather furniture from ollies. I did and Im very satisfied.

Went to the store to shop this weeks ad only to find they didn’t have it. The stocker said they don’t get the ad truck until Saturday. Why do they show the sale to start Wednesday, then?! I asked where my item might be found and treated like a nuisance. I left grateful to mark that store off my shops permanently. I will pay the additional $7 to not step foot in that dismal environment.

The store is very cluttered. The isles are full of stock on the floor. The shelves are skimpy or either have unopened boxes of overstock on them. A lot of items don’t have pricing. I’m referring to their store in Bossier City, LA. The check out process is long and tedious. The workers never smile or speak. This store should be revamped with products and staff.

They have just about everything you can think of for prices that are incredible! This includes housewares to yard supplies and let’s not forget our pets. I’ve purchased everything from dog toys, treats to honey for myself. I always leave there with a big bag of treasures that I can’t wait to get home and unpack!

He came to my house and did my carpets what a transformation when he finished very professional I would recommend him to anybody and everybody for a professional job very very good

I usually like my trips to Ollies, but the store in Ardmore, OK needs better management. I stood in line behind 7 other customers. There was only the one cashier and the manager on duty. The manger refused to come help her check people out because putting outdoor furniture together was more important to him. I will not shop at that Ollies until they get better management. Outlet store or not, customers come first. No customers means no business, and I know several other people in that line said they would not be back.

I've been to MANY Ollies Stores over the years. The quality of their products and Stores have fallen drastically. The latest being the Bristol Pa. Store and the Cherry Hill Newjersey stores. They are a mess! 1 register open most of the time and if there is more than 1 the cashiers move like snails. They will not allow u to use the restrooms in either stores... The beginning of the summer (numerous occasions) Myself and people I know have asked to use the restroom... Either they says it's broke or they don't have a restroom. Friday I was at Cherry Hill Nj store ..I had just come from the Doctor , I asked a man stocking shelves if I could use the restroom. Short man with glasses) He told me they didn't have one! Well, my problem with this is... I was ill Friday... And if they don't have a restroom ...WHERE do their employees go to the restroom? Or do they hold it in all day? I don't think so. I am calling the health department and license and inspection and anywhere else that will change this policy. This is rediculous

Ollies is a discount store, I get that. But for heavens sake, hire a couple people to keep the store presentable, clean and in order. The cashier was very friendly, but the condition of the store was just horrible. I won't be going back. No organization to find anything.

Very disappionted how my shopping experience at the Pittsfield, MA Ollies went down today, Monday 11am. June 29, 2026 Robyn the clueless cashier said that I need a email to get the discount 15% off that is plasted all over the store, on line and on Ollies site and TV/radio ads. Of course not, it's a discount for all Ollies army customers, like me. The staff didn't help much, and the security goon that came over was scary. Customer communications today was horrible. Two items *(green masking tape) didn't have a red Ollie's price sticker so all the time wasted there was awful. Usual Ollie's is fun, sadly, not today.

The Ollie's employee at our store was so kind and so helpful and had such a beautiful smile on her face. I enjoyed my visit there so much that I went back again today and bought more things. Her name is Kayla and she is just a wonderful addition to Ollie's. 0ur store is in Indianapolis.

I was shopping at the store in Buckhorn pa..2 workers were having a loud discussion,and every other word started with the F bomb..that was very unattractive,and not professional at all..it madwe me just leave my cart sit and go home..disgusting.

SO DISAPPOINTED!!! Today I went to Ollies on John Fitch Hwy, had a cart full of things including things for my pool. I went to check out and could not find my 15% off coupon as I tried in vane. The lady told me to go into my Email and get it from there to which I also tried for approx. close to an hour. I could not get into my Email. The lady told me to go outside because sometime there isn't good service and it works better outside. I showed the lady exactly what kept coming up and said okay I will go outside and try it as suggested. I dropped my keys on the floor to which the lady was nice to bring them out to me as I proceeded to try and get online into my email. The lady then went back into the store (OLLIES) and took all of my groceries and things and put some of them back with the rest being placed in another cart with other things not mine to be put back on the shelves. I asked the lady if she could please just give me the 15% off since she knows I am a member and the 15% off is only for Members. She told me no she cannot do that. I asked to speak too a manager and she told me she is one of the managers. I said okay so can I please talk to the other manager. She told me no, there is no one else but her there. I said okay and that is when I noticed she took and put my things in that cart not mine to go back on the shelf with some things already gone. I said you actually took my things and put them back and in that cart to go back the rest of my things. The lady said you just up and left. I said no I did not you told me to go outside to try and get into my email, as you said sometimes it works better out side and I did tell you I would be right back. Also; reiterated She knew I was outside because she actually brought me my keys when I accidently dropped them in the store. I have shopped at this store numerous times since they opened in Fitchburg and thought it was a nice store. They have a sign that says the customer is always right, the customer always comes first and if you forget the rules go back to rule #1. The customer is always right but that is absolutely not true. This not so nice lady knew I had a coupon being a member and telling her it is only good until the 7th of this month, 3 more days and could have even did an override to give me (HONORED) the 15% off. I left the store with nothing in hand, mortified and upset. Biglots always had the coupons right there at the store for those who forgot or couldn't find theirs. With my Health issues I don't always get out and to be treated the way I was today by Ollies Employee; boy do I miss Biglots!!!!

Was hired for setup of new store In New Mexico was hired and told two shifts were available 830am to 430 and 1pm to 8pm let them know which shift would work, so I did. Later get told to show up on certain day only me and one other person shows up to be told, o they are off the rest of the week.... Yay, thanks for telling me. Then get schedule and don't start for a week and half later and then only given 12 hours a week???? Was told now it's based on available hours, open availability and store needs. Yay, bait and switch, waste my time. Good luck In this small town.

I would like to thank Ollie's for all their service and help. All the employees, when I need to find something, know where their merchandise is and when I ask they direct me right to it. Lots of times they will walk me to the item and pick it off the shelf for me. That's a big help and is a time saver. The employees are courteous knowledgeable and friendly. I always love going to the Ollie's in Selden because they always have incredible deals, actually amazing savings on all sorts of stuff. You can't believe how much you can save on many of their items. Anyway I highly recommend visiting Ollie's in Selden. It's a great experience and you will come out happy knowing you got a great quality product at an incredible savings. Thank you Ollie's  

False advertising and poor customer service doesn’t seem like anybody want to give you a time of day guess where an item was and they just point upfront
