They’re scams, they purposely sell you a wrong size dress and won’t do refunds, they only do store credit. Don’t buy from these scammers

I was scammed by this fraudlent shop front pretending it works out of London. It is a Chinese scam organisation.
I lost £85 due to the item although saying it was a 22-24 arriving and so small it wouldn't fit a child. They gave me lots of excuses as to delaying a refund. Eventually giving me an address in China that was so long it nearly took two pages of paper. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER.

Dreadful avoid like the plague. Ordered £80 worth of clothes thinking I could return under their 30 day warranty. It’s £35 to post back to china with customs charges on top! I accepted their £50 refund but they only put £25 in!

Do not buy from this website. They are a bait-and-switch operation using stolen imagery and AI-generated photos to sell low-quality items that bear no resemblance to the products they advertised.
Please, watch out for these red flags:

False location: they claim to be a "London" boutique, but the items allegedly ship from China via WanB and delivered by Relay.
Obstructed returns: they promise an easy 30-day return policy, but when you email them, they refuse to provide a return address. Instead, they demand "photo approval" and use stalling tactics to avoid issuing refunds. This is a breach of UK consumer rights.

Look for their multiple aliases: be aware that these fraudsters operate under several names, including Oliviarosa, Oliviaandroses, and Oliverandrose London.

My advice would be:
If you have been caught out, do not waste time arguing with their "support" team.
Contact your bank immediately to start a Chargeback for "Goods Not As Described" if you paid by credit card (you can initiate the process in your banking app by starting a chat).

Report their ads to the ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) for misleading advertising.

File a report with Action Fraud to get a crime reference number.

I have already initiated a chargeback with my bank and reporting them to the authorities. The more people who report them, the sooner their payment processing and ad accounts will be shut down.

It's fast fashion disguised as a high end retailer. Despite ordering from a website called "Olivia Rose London" the package took 2 weeks to arrive from China and what arrived was cheap chiffon dresses. I ordered 2 of the same size, 1 was huge and the other tiny. I have gone to their website and the return policy says before returning you have to email them photos of the item in original packaging and await approval before returning (but if it goes over the 30 day money back guarantee it wont be approved). Any returns posted without approval will not be refunded. Cheap clothes for high prices and a poor customer experience. Don't buy.

I purchased a dress and quickly realised the website sells tat so I followed the cancellation policy stated on their website which states that a cancellation can be requested within 12 hours of purchase (my request was sent within 9 hours). They ignored this and posted the item anyway, refusing to refund me and saying they would issue a refund when I received the item. Upon receipt I immediately requested the refund as they suggested, they then offered me a 20% refund (it only cost me £45!) or a full refund minus postage if I sent it to china! PLEASE avoid this scam, they present themselves as a high end online boutique as do many other sites.

Please do not use this company they are a scam and very misleading

Poor dishonest customer service
I ordered 2 items on 6th of April I was told there was a delay on the 10th
I was then told an item was out of stock and asked if I wanted store credit or a refund
I asked for a refund I was told to wait 48 hours
All of a sudden my item was dispatched
Items arrived very poor quality not as described

I found a Very similar item almost identical on Amazon for 1/4 of the price

I’ve never been so disappointed with a company before

As other reviews have said, dress was absolutely nothing like the picture. Cheap material, different length and bright colours. When you try to return, they send numerous emails offering 10/20/30% back, when you push for a fuller refund they tell you that you need to pay costs (back to China, not London like the website suggests), despite the website stating that they will cover returns for faulty items.

The website is full of fake reviews.

I did a chargeback through my bank and thankfully, got my money back.

If I could put a 0 star I would.
Order took ages to arrive and then when I asked to return for a refund they tried to offer me anything but. Then when they finally accepted me to return they hit me with a Chinese address which would cost me more than what I paid for the dress to return! The dress is nothing like the quality and images that are advertised on the website either. Have had to settle for a 20% refund and keeping the dress. Not happy.

As per the other reviews. Scam company, outrageous shipping times and email responses are all clearly automated. My items haven’t yet been delivered and I’m already feeling stupid for not looking into it more.

Scam website. Clothes ordered look nothing like the images on site, quality is absolutely horrendous.

When you try to return they try to force you to get store credit instead of a refund. To get a refund you have to fund the cost of the item yourself to go back to China

Very disappointed! Dresses ordered are nothing like the ones shown on website and for sure not like the fabrics of quality presented on the website. One of the dresses I order is a body copy with a material not suitable for wearing.

One of the dresses, in particular, is essentially a poor imitation made from material that is not even suitable to wear. STAY AWAY!

The clothes come from Shenzhen, they will be the wrong colour and are 1,000,000% unrelated to the clothes you see on the model. Just know that those items are a mock up and they have them made for cheap at a factory which means you have no idea what you are getting. of my £100+ order of three items, not one item would be bought for more than £12 in a tkmaxx.

I ordered a “floor-length” dress from Olvia Rose London and what arrived was nowhere near floor length - it barely came below my knees!

The fit was wildly inaccurate. I’m a UK size 14 and ordered a 14–16 but it didn’t even come close to fastening (a good 3 inches off).

The fabric is awful - it feels incredibly cheap, and the colours are harsh and brash - nothing like the soft, flattering look shown in their photos. It honestly looks like a completely different product.

The brand presents itself as “Founded in London”, but this is clearly misleading. When you try to return an item, you’re told to send it to a random individual in an industrial unit in China. This is not made clear anywhere at the point of purchase.

Returning the item would cost roughly £25 in tracked international shipping - for a dress that cost £44.95 - which is clearly designed to put customers off returning items altogether.

Trying to get a refund has been even worse. I’ve had to go back and forth multiple times, being offered 10% then 20% refunds or store credit instead of a proper resolution.

Then they ask you to sign a return form agreeing to pay return shipping, even when the item is not as described.

I’m still having to negotiate to get a fair outcome, which says everything.

If you do end up ordering from them and have issues, don’t accept partial refunds, don’t sign the form - push for a full refund and mention a chargeback through your bank. That’s the only thing that seems to get their attention.

Very misleading business practices. Avoid at all costs!

Unfortunately the photos and videos advertised on all social media platforms and their website are not the same dresses they send out. They send cheap 'fake' versions of these dresses. They make it extremely difficult to start a return although they state on their website hassle free returns. The company advertises as a UK London company however the items come from china. Avoid this scam site.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY They represent themselves as a UK company but don’t accept returns u less sent to china. The quality of the clothing is SHEIN and matches most of SHEIN stock. Absolutely appalling.
