On my second prescription with Olympia, I was invoiced for a more expensive brand of my medicine which I paid. I was shocked when I received the package (a week later) with the usual cheaper brand of medicine I've always received before, at an extra 50% of the cost! A week later and my complaints are still being ignored. I don't mind paying more for a better product, but I do strongly object to being ripped off by dishonest sellers in this way, especially for something as important as a prescription. I'll never use them again, and I recommend getting your prescription from another pharmacy and definitely not Olympia!

If I could give zero stars i would. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY they take your money we did not receive any medication. I have written to them 4 times with no response and have not got a refund. Absolute ignorant scammers. Avoid!!! My solictor will be in touch and i will be reporting the main Pharmacist to the authorities.

Absolutely shocking experience. I ordered my prescription on the 4th of September 2026, paid full price, and then waited for absolutely nothing to arrive. I contacted them and they told me that I had contacted them outside of office hours, but instead of responding to my email once they are back in office, you have to send a whole new email DURING office hours for them to even think about responding to you. Once they had, they told me my prescription was taking a while. Thats it? No explanation? No justification that I have now missed 3 appointments for someone to inject my life saving medication, because they have not sent anything for me to inject. It has now been over a month (6th of October) and I've heard nothing. No refund, no follow up, no explanation. And I honestly don't expect them to ever even send it. Every time I've ordered from them they've sent my prescription late and I've had to miss in-person appointments.

Terrible. Paid £8 for next day delivery before 1pm and three days later - nothing. Contacted customer service. Nothing. You can't get much worse than that.

Diabolical company. They claim a doctify rating of 4.96 across 36 reviews, when in fact they have zero reviews!

Sadly i discovered this after i had ordered and i have been well and truly ripped off to the tune of about £240. Customer service is abysmal, avoid at all costs.

Do not trust this pharmacy with your health or money.

False advertising: They accept payment for international shipping at checkout despite knowing they cannot legally ship medications abroad.

Medication held hostage: When they canceled my order, they promised in writing to release my Clynxx e-prescription within 1 hour. Instead, they locked my token for over 9 days, blocking me from getting essential medication elsewhere. I had to contact Clynxx administration directly to force-unlock it.

Unlawful retention of funds: They promised a full refund within 7 working days. That deadline has passed, and I still haven't received a penny back.

They take your money, provide zero service, and obstruct access to medical treatment. Reported to the GPhC and UK Trading Standards. Stay away!
