You already have insurance if someone or something damages your car. Omega offers insurance when your car is damaged due to mechanical failure. It’s Protection and Financial Security for you! Omega Auto Care is insured by Lyndon Southern Insurance Company, a Fortegra company. We are members of the Vehicle Protection Association, and also of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce.

I’ve had the service for almost a year

I’ve had the service for almost a year. I’ve had to have my vehicle have two major repairs. The first needed a new engine. The company got out of paying for that because there was a service bulletin that corrected the issue. Thank you Hyundai for covering this repair a few months later this vehicle needs a transmission replaced well because there is a service bulletin for this transmission although it’s not for this vehicle they have declined to warranty or repair this transmission. They are using a service bulletin for a vehicle that is unrelated to mine so this company is not legit. They don’t pay claims and please don’t waste your money on this company. I will be taking them to court to recover the losses of this transmission and the premiums I’ve paid.

THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR ME. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
Paid for warranty and never helped me for any repairs, not even an oil change. My policy ended..paid over 3k for absolutely nothing! THEY NEVER HAVE MY INFORMATION AND ALWAYS ARGUE OR HANG UP! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Im a female i dont know much about cars? This was my 1st time getting coverage and they screwed me. I can barely afford food but I paid every money so id have coverage for my car so I can go to work, when it was time for my car to have repairs..my policy was done expired? Absolutely no help not even on how to get new coverage.

Vehicle Service Contracts are not open ended and are issued with both a coverage term and a mileage limit. These expiration terms are disclosed at the time of purchase and are printed on the first page of every contract, the "Declaration Page". While we understand this may have been your first experience purchasing coverage, knowing when your contract expires is the responsibility of the contract holder, regardless of their level of automotive knowledge.

Additionally, we do not know why you chose not to utilize the maintenance benefits available at the beginning of your contract, as those benefits were available for use during the first year of the coverage.

We strive to provide courteous service to every customer, and we regret if your interactions with our team did not meet your expectations.

Great Claims Process and Service

Had a repair on my DEF system on my truck and took it to the dealer to have repaired. The process of having it diagnosed and sent off to Omega to start the claim was absolutely seamless! No arguing, no back and forth between Omega and the dealership. The claim was paid and the repair started immediately. Exceptional experience and would strongly recommend!

Rebekah made the entire warranty process smooth and stress-free for both our shop and our customer. From the beginning, she communicated clearly, responded promptly, and provided excellent support throughout the claim process. Her professionalism and willingness to assist helped eliminate delays and confusion, allowing the repair process to move forward efficiently.

She consistently kept everyone informed, answered questions thoroughly, and worked collaboratively to ensure all necessary information was reviewed in a timely manner. Rebekah's attention to detail and outstanding customer service made what can often be a complicated warranty claim process feel straightforward and manageable.

Her dedication to helping both the customer and my repair facility is greatly appreciated, and she was instrumental in creating a positive overall experience. We truly value her support and look forward to working with her again on future claims.

Do not recommend Omega


I had a coolant leak. It was coming from a hard plastic pile that is connected to the head gasket. The same day I took it to the dealer for repair I called Omega warranty and let them know what happened and he said hoses aren't covered and he needed to know how Volvo classified the part. As fter repairs were made and I had the paperwork showing it was a pipe and not a hose they won't cover it because I didn't open a claim first. What was I doing when I called in on Monday? I can't make the person on the other end of f the phone do their job . I wasted a lot of money on this sorry warranty and still and out more now because they are bogus. The sell a peace of mind they loophole themselves out of.

These guys are great!

These guys are great! Idk why ppl only give them a 3.5 stars. Every interaction that I've had with them has been great. They take care of things right away. Sonja,she is my go to girl,and Carla is a great to work with also.I give them a 5 star cause they haven't gave me reason not too!!

My experience trying to buy or extend…

My experience trying to buy or extend my warranty with this company was absolutely terrible. Instead of helping me, they transferred me to a manager who acted completely unprofessional. Rather than making a sale, she chose to attack me personally, claiming I was ‘criticizing the company she works for.’ Honestly, if that’s her level of professionalism, it explains a lot.

It felt like she was being paid the bare minimum just to push away potential customers. The attitude was rude, defensive, and completely unnecessary. In today’s world, it’s shocking how many people seem to operate without a single functioning brain cell. This company clearly doesn’t value customers, and I would never recommend them to anyone.

I was sold on there warranty coming out…

I was sold on there warranty coming out of another warranty company. 3 years never used my previous warranty. I get 5 months into the warranty and get above the threshold of miles and take it to the shop to get what I thought was a small issue before vacation. Come to find out it needed a rebuilt transmission. The warranty company stopped communicating with the shop/myself and declined my warranty. Truck sat in the shop for a month. Omega you did everything possible to not help, your communication was terrible(they go through a 3rd party adjuster by the way), you out right screwed me when I could have just stayed with car shield and they would have covered it. When they say put a 1000 miles to meet the threshold you need to put more than that cause there’s a risk of them declining and leaving you out to dry. Keep in mind they said anything goes after that threshold. No this was not pre existing issue as they claimed. Even then keep an oil change record for your transmission cause apparently that’s a big deal. Do your self a favor and look at other warranties, it’s cheaper and more quality at others. They are salesmen here. Don’t trust them and make the same mistake I did.

I have used Omega Auto Care

I have used Omega Auto Care, and I truly believe it is one of the best experiences I have ever had. They gave me a rental car while my car was in the shop, and I did have to pay $50 on a credit card but they paid for the 3 weeks I had the car. They paid to have the car repaired and also, I was ubered to the rental car place. Amazing service with no hesitation.
