I won a prize of AED 500 and requested…
I won a prize of AED 500 and requested to have the amount transferred to my bank account on 11.10.2025. However, I have still not received the winning amount. The WhatsApp team handling this matter has been very inefficient. Whenever I send a message, I receive an automatic reply at night saying, “Hello, thank you for your message. We're unavailable right now, but will respond as soon as possible. "I have no idea when they are going to transfer my prize amount, and this delay is very frustrating.

Hello Sunil! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the delay you have experienced with your AED 500 withdrawal request. Your feedback is important, and we understand how frustrating it can be to wait for your prize.
Our Winners Support Team handles all withdrawal requests in the order they are received, and sometimes additional verification steps are required to ensure secure and accurate transfers. This can cause delays, but your prize is never lost or ignored.
The automated WhatsApp reply appears when the team is offline, but they always follow up during working hours.
To speed up your case, please share your registered mobile number and email with our winners team directly at winners@omillionaire.com.
We truly appreciate your patience, and we assure you that your prize will be transferred once processing is complete. We are here to assist you until this is resolved.
Warm regards,

From my experience
I have been purchasing O! Millionaire tickets since it started, along with 8 of my colleagues. About 8 months ago, I won AED 500, but the prize money has still not been credited to my account. I have contacted the team multiple times through email and phone, but my issue has not yet been resolved. I initially believed it was a trusted company, but I have now realized it may be a scam. As a result, we have stopped buying tickets.

Total scam pl keep away from these looters who takes money for buying tickets within seconds but not giving winning payout for weeks & months & even not telling any date and probably will never pay.
Looks like They are not taking any green initiative only making people fool and looting their hard earned money

Hello Anil! We hear your concerns and take them seriously.
First and foremost, O! Millionaire is not a scam. We are a registered and transparent platform. Our weekly draws are conducted live and publicly, and we have honored numerous payouts—including to individuals who shared their experiences publicly on our website. Many of our winners are from different countries and prize levels, including smaller and larger amounts.
We sincerely apologize. While we strive for quick processing, certain payouts can be delayed due to compliance, identity verification, or banking issues. However, no genuine winner is ever denied their prize.
We understand repeated responses can feel impersonal, but each case is reviewed individually. We encourage you to contact us again at winners@omillionaire.com with your registered details so we can escalate your case if needed.
Lastly, the Green Certificate program is real and contributes to sustainable development goals tied to Oasis Park. It's not just about winning, it’s also about making an environmental impact.
We value your trust and are committed to resolving any valid concerns in a fair and timely manner.
Sincerely,
O! Millionaire Team

O millionaire is a total scam, I have got all the proofs and chats to support this and will be sending / filing a complaint on the same. It's easy to track their website IP address and their whats app group.
I have won 5k since November and till date they are just following up on my payments. This is jus how they try to ignore you and some point of time we tend to forget this. I know how to deal with this sort of people.
