A joy from start to finish

Seen the wheels i liked on their website then to my surprise it came up “make is an offer” so i made an offer that would cover the shipping from NI to Scotland and it was accepted so the purchase was made. Fast forward a few days and the wheels arrived in Scotland, I organised delivery to a UPS hub and picked the wheels up yesterday. A great easy transaction

Quick and friendly service. Got the wheels very fast in the Netherlands!!

The WhatsApp chat/live chat was responsive when responding.
The alloys were purchased and shipped within 24 hours and arrived in perfect condition.
Cannot fault the service or the quality.

I saw an ad pop up on Instagram so checked out the website and found something that I wanted I ordered it on the 16th of December. Everything went through fine order was to be processed. I had a time frame for estimated delivery except between the 17th and the 23rd of December and I understand that it’s Christmas and most companies shut down but at least update the people who have bought stuff that you’re going to be shut down for Christmas - anyway I don’t hear anything after multiple emails over the festive period so I end up cancelling my order on the 6th of Jan due to lack of communication and have taken my business elsewhere

Alex could not have helped us more then he did, he let us know that the wheels weren’t in stock to then keeping us in the loop with deliveries! the to have issues with the delivery and for it to be sorted so quickly, he honestly done such a great job!

Having bought from these guys previously

Alex went above and beyond service-wise to find me a match on 2 set alloys I have already on my Audi self admittedly I’d left quite gap in purchasing the last 2 x which I then had concerns in the back of my mind that if it wasn't the same colour they wouldn't have it all.

However Alex pulled stops out a provided reassurance that he’ll find set to of which he shortly did before packing them up for me. I can't recommend these guys enough they are fantastic independent company.

Would definitely buy again.
