Came Over from a Different Platform, WORTH IT!

I’m a small business owner. I came to Omnisend after years with a different platform because the reviews of the product were overwhelmingly positive and the monthly cost was a fraction of what I was currently paying. It felt like a no-brainer. Even then, Omnisend has far exceeded my expectations!

Set-up was easy. Shoutout to Ally who helped with the migration. And shoutout to Melanie and Karen who helped get my account my account warmed-up and set-up for success. I have a bi-weekly call with Karen moving forward, where she will serve as my Omnisend mentor. All things I did not have with my previous platform.

The user-experience of Omnisend is simple and nearly identical to what I was previously using, which further helped with the transition. I’m far from an email marketing savant, and yet this platform is easy to navigate with very helpful templates, tutorials, and more.

Definitely give Omnisend a look if you’re looking for a new email platform.

Best tool when you are thinking about migration

As a services provider, I have helped migrate over 20 clients to Omnsiend, and experience has been consistently smooth. The Platform makes it easy to move contacts, rebuild automations, and get campaigns running without unnecessary complexity.

what I appriciate is the clean interface and how quickly new users can adapt to it. Even for the clients who aren't very technical. Omnisend is simple to manage once everythign is setup. Overall, it's a reliable option if you're planning to migrate from another email marketing platform and want a straighforward, efficient process.

Best Customer Service

Omnisend have been super helpful in migrating across from Yotpo. TJ and Dovy went far above what I would expect and their platform has lived up to that level of service. Honestly couldn't recommend Omnisend.

Power outage

I had an error update on my dashboard and after trying everything I knew how to do I started out getting assistance from the AI Bot which really sucks by the way. After realizing that the bot was leading me nowhere, I went into the Shopify dashboard and send a ticket through the app for further assistance. Mathias responded in a timely manner and explained that there was a power outage that triggered the system. Problem solved!

Have been hearing about Omnisend for a…

Have been hearing about Omnisend for a year or so. Decided to try as Klaviyo prices has been getting out of hand. The platform is much smoother and more logical than Klaviyo and so far results are same as before. Also shoutout to X and their customer support. I had quite a lot of data and templates to move ad thought i will be doing it forever but they actually helped me with most of it and I could start sending like in a week after starting. Just add more prebuilt email templates please.

I migrated to Omnisend from Mailchimp

I migrated to Omnisend from Mailchimp. Every team member that i cam across was very helpful, nice and did the job very well. The price of the tool is way better than competition and it allows me to do everything i did before.
I am very happy with the change.

We dont like to write any bad review on any business, bad reviews cause very bad attitude from client to a company . And removing a bad review is something very hard upon to our experience. We are Jour Cards Company . We dealed with this omnisend company and we bought the biggest plan for email marketing. Our brand id is : 697f8ebcff3e6af3e069146d . They paused our account and they requested all details from our company to them and we paid more than 1200$ for this plan . After one week of our purchase for thier plan they suspended our account and upon to their plan we have priority in questions and answers. They requested documents it was sent all and then all they company disappeared from replying on our questions . No one replies . Take a company advise and hear me well . Till this moment i advise not even to create an account with them . Loose of money and time and they suspend any account at any minute . We sometimes log in to our account just to see if we are suspended or no . When u dont have a plan purchased and u are thinking to buy it you will find them replying like eagles . After u buy they suspend your account and disappear. We will forward this to FDA and to CANN . We typed this review after 24 hours of suspension. Waiting another 24 hours . The review from a company now and not a small company as they think . Our owners will put effort for making this company reputation very bad . I advise u join Mailchimp after all our experience

A substantial volume of emails was sent from the account in a very short period of time, including high-frequency campaigns. According to our records, over 90% of your monthly email allocation was used within approximately one week of activating the Pro plan. Our refund policy, outlined in our Terms of Use, does not allow for refunds when a plan has been utilized to this extent. Furthermore, this activity triggered a compliance review under our Anti-Spam Policy and Terms of Service, which apply equally to all customers. These policies are in place to protect sender reputation, deliverability, and the broader email ecosystem.

Throughout the process, you were in active communication with our support team, and your case was escalated for an in-depth review. We understand that the review period felt lengthy. The additional time was necessary because we carefully evaluated the situation to determine the best possible way to proceed and whether there was a path that would allow us to continue supporting your business. While we always aim to find a path forward for our customers, in this case we were unable to continue providing service in line with our policies.

Regarding the Pro plan, it includes a generous fair use allowance based on contact count. Sending at very high daily volumes, such as multiple campaigns per day to large segments, can exhaust those credits quickly and may also raise deliverability concerns. This structure is outlined in our pricing documentation and Terms.

We genuinely regret that this experience did not meet your expectations. Our team remains committed to transparency and fairness in how we apply our policies.

We hand't experienced that level of post-transition support before

The transition from our previous email marketing tool to Omnisend was well supported by their team, but what really stood out was the continued support after the switch, especially with tweaks and fine tuning that came up which was honestly a pleasant surprise, as we hadn't experienced that level of post-transition support before. Like with any other platform, some advanced features take a little time to fully understand, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes intuitive.

Karen and Melanie 5 STARS for being STARS

I had a issue connecting the mail product to our DNS. I spent a couple hours attempting to fix it. I was frustrated. I reached out to Karen my rep and she set me up with a call with Melanie (a human) which was incredible. We got on a google meet and she fixed the problem which would have taken me hours in minutes. I am so greateful for the teamwork at Omnisend. After that experience I am so incredibally happy I signed up.
