Omni Web Creators Ltd. Reviews

Website was designed, developed, hosted and gone live.
It wasn’t really easy at the beginning, with lots of misunderstandings with my initial assigned project manager. But at the end, Luke took over the project and completed it. Thanks to Omni web creators and in particular Luke for keeping to your promise.

It was a great experience with OMNI, good knowledge associates given their best support

I’m extremely pleased with the work done on my website. The design and functionality were exactly what I was looking for. Communication has been excellent throughout the entire process – any changes I needed were handled promptly and professionally. I really appreciate their responsiveness and attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and skilled website support!

We had been stuck with an outdated and underwhelming website for years. The idea of upgrading to a professional, functional site had always been on our minds, but between a lack of time and not having the right content or guidance, we never quite got around to it, until we came across Omni web creators. From the very first interaction, we were genuinely impressed by the level of service, professionalism, and passion they brought to the table. What had felt like a daunting task for so long suddenly became manageable and exciting. Luke and the team took the time to understand our brand, walked us through each step with patience, and helped us create a new website that not only looks stunning but is also rich in content and incredibly easy to navigate. In a suprisingly short amount of time, we went from a site we were embarrassed to share to one we are proud to showcase, especially as we launched our brand new clinic. The website has brought a fresh, modern face to our business, and the feedback from our clients has been very positive. What stood out most was their commitment to making sure we were completely satisfied. Their attention to detail, willingness to answer every question, and consistent support have made this experience truly enjoyable. It's rare to find a team that combines creativity, technical expertise, and genuine care the way they do. We can confidently say that the value we received far exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable team for website design, development, we highly recommend working with them.

If I can give zero for the review with no star, this company deserves it.As with some people who has had bad experience with them,it’s so correct.Very unprofessional, insisted on using dedicated hosting to be able to sell their service. The person in charge who you would find their name and email on the website for contact was chasing me before i patronised them started ghosting me and ignoring my messages. They are frauds.I wished I had seen the negatives review before giving them money. Please avoid them at all cost.I have reported them to the action for fraud.

Update-Got a call from the person in charge who you would find the details on their website who apologised and agreed that I don’t need a dedicated hosting, promised to work on the website for me after reassuring me that the project manager has been removed

I got my website done through Omni web creators and I have nothing but the best things to say about their whole team. From the beginning, they were very patient with me in explaining everything as I'm not very good with technicalities. I have an amazing website now and I'm able to make the changes myself through the dashboard, thanks to their team.

When I started looking for a web designer and marketing company, I was really worried about the cost and the overall hassle, especially since my company is so small. But Omni Web Creators completely changed my perspective. Their pricing was much more reasonanle than I expected, and they really took time to guide me through the process, making everything so much easier. I'm really happy with the work they've done on my website and social media. I like the legitimacy that Omni brought to my brand and that they treated my small company with importance.

Omni web creators, was referred to me by a trustworthy friend in London. After reviewing their website, I decided to give them a try on my custom php project. I'm happy to say that I wasn't disappointed! From the onset, I knew omni was a team I could work with. I worked with Luke, who listened to my desires and offered professional advice and expertise. They kept me informed every step of the way and met every deadline. In the end, I was thoroughly pleased with the final project. Recommended these guys to some of my friends and business associates.

Poor Service with no service delivery
I engaged their services in November and spent 6 weeks chasing them. The website created is sub standard and whilst I was exasperated with the poor service and planned to seek another professional to upgrade elsewhere, they refused to allow me to host the website using my preferred hosting service. They tried severally to sell their dedicated hosting service to me which would require me to buy additional monthly services which I was bent on not doing and i made clear to them.

When I refused this service, the 'project manager' was difficult and insisted the website he built for me could not be hosted on shared hosting even though the site was informational only - he insisted the industry had moved on from shared hosting services and dedicated hosting server was my only option which was bogus and inaccurate.

They asked me to pay additional £200 for plug in if I wanted to use a shared hosting. Service and communication with their assigned two assigned ‘project managers’ was very poor - they were argumentative.

For the past week, I have asked them to provide me with the brand guide for the logo they designed and I have chased 3 times to no avail.

I requested for 100% money back guarantee which was included in their package which was refused so I paid for a website but they have held onto it therefore not fit for purpose at all.

So in summary, the service I paid for was not delivered, total waste of money, time, energy and resource for a web design that was sub-standard.

They contacted me via a post made on Bark although they actually don't have an active Bark profile which I have raised to Bark as complaint. All their contact is via whatsapp only and from my interaction with them, I am almost certain they are not based in UK even though they pose as UK based business. Be aware!

Luke was incredible to work with! He was very professional, quick to respond, and went above and beyond what was asked for. The final website was amazing, exceeding our expectations. Attention to detail and professionalism made working with Omni Web Creators a pleasure. My team will use their services again of required for our future projects.

The service was professional, quick, on the button and very well constructed both in content and expressing the professionalism of the client.
