I've been using Omvits collagen for a while now, and I'm really pleased with it! I'm living with a disability, and I've genuinely noticed a positive difference since taking it. In particular, I've found that my joints don't hurt as much when I do my stretches, which has been a welcome improvement.

One small observation is that I've occasionally noticed a slight smell when opening a jar, although this doesn't happen with every jar. Thankfully, there's no odd taste at all! I usually mix the collagen into my cappuccino with a little cacou, and it tastes absolutely fine.

Overall, I'm very happy with the product so far. It's become part of my daily routine, and I'll definitely continue ordering from Omvits. Thank you for a great product!

The Multivitamins are really good value and ensure I am covered as a vegetarian.
We love the collagen as it plant based and we have it in our morning coffee. I'm sure it's helping my hair and nails. Hopefully helping other parts of my body too inside on the invisible side.

I am using this company for a wide range of needs for myself and family. Everything I have tried so far has met expectations.
Also prompt an efficient service.

Unfortunately after years of good service, they appear to be struggling. My most recent regular order never got dispatched and months later I'm still waiting for a refund. I've had to report them to my bank. Like other reviewers, I advise you to avoid this company now.

I have a collagen subscription which arrives on time each month. There’s been the occasional delay but someone gets in touch beforehand and they’ve upgraded my delivery a few times at no extra cost to me. Knowledgeable trusted company and the products work!

Been ordering from here on subscription for a while. I really like the Omega 3 capsules and the subscription is easy to manage. Great quality compared to others I’ve tried.

Have an item on regular subscription.
Problems have been arising where the item is charged to me but not despatched until I query it,
I was assured this was a one off blip.
That sadly hasn’t been my experience.
Money for recent order taken on 29/6 still not shipped and no one responds to emails.
Looks like one to avoid now.

Tried their products twice, the idea of vegan and algae derived vitamins sounds nice, but will not be buying from them again.
Their shop is very limited and yet they manage to keep several items out of stock for years without updates.
Tried to contact them 5 times - never received a response. But they're always posting online.
Tried to contact them on social media too - they were posting content and ignoring all messages.
Really strange behaviour and clear lack of care of the store. No one cares about re stocking items, and customer service is nonexistent.
Literally. No one answers.

I've been taking the vegan Omega 3 DHA+EPA for over a year now and they're great. I love the fact that they're small because I struggle to swallow big capsules. Most of the time they don't have an aftertaste but sometimes they do. I wanted to check that my omega 3 levels were good and took a blood test, and was pleased with the results, so I will continue buying this product and have now taken out a subscription. The only thing I don't like about this company is the name ;)

I can't tell you how dissatisfied I am with the way I've been treated.

I've used this company for a while and have had problems in the past, but still trusted them.

This has to be one of the most deserved one star reviews I've ever written.

They have failed to deliver my order and have completely ignored any attempt I have made to resolve the issue.

Please be cautious when dealing with this company. There are plenty of vegan supplement brands out there. I recommend Vivo. They have such good customer service and high quality products.

Product is well-packaged and delivery was good. I didn't want to make smoothies as recommended so took the dose in water, it dissolves poorly and tastes vile. Like the other reviewer, I also suspect it was upsetting my stomach. I didn't notice any benefit but I only persisted for a month before I decided to try a different brand

I tried the vegan collagen several times but it gave me stomach issues. The company suggested I return the order but the very large glass jar is too heavy to return so it was an expensive mistake.
I would not recommend this product or buy anything else from Omvits.
