I ordered my semi-custom graphics from OMX about three weeks ago. I chose a kit and used my own colors and logos. I also chose the chrome finish with sparkle. The proof came in about a week and a half and I asked them to make an edit on the proof which they did in literally 15 minutes. Once I approved the proof, the graphics shipped about a week later. It took four days for the kit to ship from Europe to the US. I was absolutely stunned how quick the graphics got here and how much customization I was able to do to them. Once the graphics actually got here and I unboxed them that was a whole different beast. The chrome and sparkle finish on the graphics is absolutely insane. Comparing the options that I chose to competitors, I saved the most money going with OMX. Just because I saved money does not mean they lack quality. They are thick, heavy duty, well printed graphics. If I were to choose another set of graphics, I would go with OMX all of the way. Their customer service was very quick to respond through Instagram or email whenever I had any questions. If you’re thinking of buying a kit, go with OMX.

They sent a graphic for me to approve, which I did. The graphic does not show any sparkles in the finish or call it out on the graphic approval that I signed for. They refuse to reprint. I even asked them to reprint and I’d pay for half. They refused to do so. I wasn’t asking too much. They said that the finish galactic should have been enough for me to know that it had sparkles????? Anyways, very unsatisfied with their service. I wanted the image and look that I approved and they refuse to stand behind or even provide a discount for a $200 dollar reprint.

The custom graphics process was easy, and turned out beautiful. The quality of the vinyl is top notch. Very pleased with the product.

I’ve applied many sets of graphics and OMX were the BEST looking and EASIEST to apply yet! From my first email to proofing and processing then shipping was 21/2 weeks! Which for custom graphics is great!

It took about 3 weeks from the time of ordering to arrive in Japan. The design proposal was submitted in about a week, the support was very good, and the texture of the decal that arrived was quite good and looks sturdy, only I'm not very good at it and the decal has wrinkles 😭

Great product my bike looks amazing, great to deal with right through out the design process and quick delivery to Australia. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to make there bike stand out

Omx helped me with the perfect kit for my bike. They were even very patient with my many design changes and great timing for shipping 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be getting more kits from them

I’ve had OMX graphics for the past 3 kits on my bike and I’ve absolutely loved them. The mold ability to the plates and plastics are so nice and the quality is great.
