A bit strong for my feet, so I passed it over to my partner. They love it and use it all the time. Glad it’s getting plenty of use!

Bought the massage pillow for evenings on the sofa. The heat is nice, but finding a comfortable position takes some adjusting.

The heated eye massager is relaxing, but the sound bothers me when I’m trying to switch off. Would prefer something quieter.

Being able to use the boots without a cord is handy. The fit isn’t quite right for me though, so overall they’re just okay.

The compression boots feel nice after a long day, but putting them on is a bit of a hassle. I use them less than I expected.

Dreadful! No reply to emails, mobile number is not on, boots are defective and not useable. Terrible company and item, total con, do not purchase from this group

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Company do not respond to emails. I’m still waiting on my order. Not even had an email to say it’s been shipped. I am now going to contact my bank to get a refund processed! Biggest regret of my life was buying from Omyguard

The abdominal massager is nice, just took me a bit to get used to the rotating motion.Works fine now. Packaging had a small dent but product was ok.

Delivery took longer than I hoped but everything came packed well. The foot massager is simple to use and helps after hiking. not perfect but does what i need.

I sent an email to their support department regarding my purchase ( which I have not received) with confirmation number and have NOT received a response.

I sent no fewer than ten emails requesting a refund for a product that arrived in unbelievably poor quality. Despite contacting the company through three different email addresses, I never received a single response.

On top of that, their phone number is completely unreachable.

This company is a complete scam. Avoid it at all costs. I was ripped off and would strongly advise anyone not to buy from them.

I bought the Omyguard Red Light Therapy lamp. It arrived with missing and defective parts. I have sent THREE emails to their customer service and no response. I tried calling their customer service North America number, but the number is not in service. I am dismayed with the lack of service and with the state of the product. I feel like I have been SCAMMED!

I love the Omyguard compression boots! They work perfectly for relieving leg swelling and soreness, and the cost performance is really good. The quality and functions are great, totally worth the price. Only downside is hipping took 7 days, delivery time is a bit long. Overall I still recommend it.

i ordered an air compression leg massager and accidently received two. I would like to return one but have been unable to reach omyguard support to receive a label for return shipment. I have tried numerous times to reach someone to no avail, I will not pay the $5 dollar fee charged by some third party, Kind of sounds like a scam

Ordered the infrared heat lamp, received the product but it is faulty. Have not received any response to my request for replacement of refund.
