Onahole.com is a branch of MotsuToys.

MotsuToys is located in G̶e̶r̶m̶a̶n̶y̶ the Netherlands. The American branch, compared to their European parent, only sells products that are exclusively made/sold through their company.

I ordered one of their products earlier this month. It did take a bit of time to ship and arrive (overall around 8-9 days after ordering it) which is to be expected. I did have a problem with tracking the order directly from their website, but within 24 hours, they responded to my concerns and provided me a direct link via UPS.

So yeah, a somewhat slow, but overall good website and experience. The UI/navigation is easy to understand, and they seem to have sales pretty frequently.

A well-made site, timely delivery, and a good amount of unique onaholes you can't really find on other U.S. sites. They send emails and write articles on their site that feel written by a real person and not just some company marketing, especially with the coupons and free items they give out.

A good amount of their products are on the expensive side but the ones I've gotten all look and feel very unique, so it's worth it (especially compared to other companies that sell onaholes that all look and feel the exact same just with different box art).

This is an easy to use site, privacy and secrecy was ensured, very discreet packaging as advertised, high quality toy that is reliable, overall an excellent experience.
