Do not have staff that listen to you. They say one thing and do the opposite.
Constant lack of communication just financial threats.
Leave you in more financial stress due to the lack of efficiency.
This is not worth it.

Used a few times and had no trouble getting a loan when I needed for short term and lately applied again really could have done with help and their emails sounded promising like I would get the loan if I just sent over my payslip then they said that wasn't good enough a full bank statement was required this back and forth lasted over a week and kept me hanging whilst I needed to find another solution. I also did send over my bank statement as requested but just got an email saying my loan wasn't approved because I hadn't sent my bank statement when. I had done so through the correct way on their website as they stated. I'm really upset as I feel I've been let down after being able to get help with zero trouble before now it's been dragged out I've given way more personal details than I ever had to and the. They said they didn't even receive my bank statement when I did send my latest one to them. Sad and stressed not a good experience.

I went to the Ombudsman as this loan shouldn't have been given to me. Then to be told I have to wait 10 working days for a refund, this is ridiculous!

I've never applied to this company. They've got my details somehow and absolutely bombard my phone with texts and emails saying I've been approved for a £400 loan. No way of stopping them.

Easy, fast application and payout, however they performed a hard credit check on my first application despite them claiming they only do a soft search so borrowing with Ondal perhaps is not ideal for those looking to build up their credit score.

I settled my loan quickly and now get SMS every couple of days asking me if I want to reapply.

Whether they perform hard checks on subsequent loans i don't know, but performing a hard credit check on applications should be made clear at the start.

I'd be reluctant to borrow again from Ondal as a result of the hard search on my file.

Same as quite a few of the recent reviews. Made my loan payment on time on the same day . Got an email confirmation that payment was made and now been receiving emails that i’m overdue payments . Tried to contact over the past home multiple times and email . Have now taken it further

I made a loan with Ondal last month. My first instalment was due today. On the 27th I got a reminder that £105 is to be deducted on the 31rd, but I had the option to make an earlier payment. As I got paid on the 27th I opted for that. Today, the 31rd I got an email that £38 was to be deducted but declined and interest added. You can’t email them and the link they send for their website to contact them does not exist. I am getting the feeling that this business is a scam so be weary of them. I am currently seeking legal advise to take matters further but as they don’t have a website anymore I don’t know what to do.

It is now one day after I have made two payments, going above my agreed installments and they are demanding another full installment with interest. This business is a scam.

I cannot get through on phone they dont answer they dont reply to emails either. I made my monthly payment early cause i had the money for it but they still kept sending me reminders to pay then i get emails saying they tried to take payment but it declined THATS CAUSE I ALREADY PAID IT EARLY HELLO!!!

Loyal customer with 4 previous loans, made each payment as per the terms of agreement. Receive frequent messages and e-mails to fast track loan application special customer bla bla bla then at the end of application computer says no. Most direct Lenders do manually affordability assessments on customers, perhaps Ondal should do this.

You can never reach them by phone also my circumstanes changed and enter in to a payment plan which ends 30th march now say they want another 250 interest do not use them

Stop sending me text messages all day! I don't need your Loan anymore! I can't block your text messages and it's a hell. I don't want emails either. Horrible company, don't respect people.

I had loans with ONDAL for many months and always paid in full and on-time,now they won't give me a loan after paying all my loans in full previously and on-time,they are saying it is because I failed my credit check this month,how can they pay me loans over many months then suddenly they stop giving me loans because of my credit check,there has never been a missed payment either,I payed them over £450.00 yesterday to clear my loan and now they won't give me another one,so now I am over £450.00 out of pocket because I paid my loan off in full and can't get another loan to help my costs until I pay the new loan off,well done there ONDAL,you have simply had your money in full but are not giving back,well done,I would give you - stars if it existed,terrible service,don't have loans with ONDAL,they are terrible.

Just making sure that Ondal continue to treat people with a total lack of respect and dignity. Pleased to say they still are. They will take you right down to the tenth degree of producing information. You'll have all your details confirmed. You'll get a thumbs up. They'll send you your credit agreement which you'll sign. at that point... They'll decline you. Keep up the good work Ondal.

Used and got a loan. Paid back on time then got refused a 2nd loan. Avoid.

Super easy to apply and a very direct lender ,if comparing with the other ones redirecting you endless websites. Thank you Ondal.

Can't give less than one star unfortunately. A group of incompetent charlatans who deliberately make it almost impossible to contact them in the event of a problem. Don't take money on time and then charge you for being late, the list of their incompetent actions is endless! AVOID, I wish I'd starved over Xmas as opposed to dealing with these clowns!!!

I took out a loan with Ondal. When checking my account after it stated loan repayment was due in may, In my email correspondence it had listed a schedule of dates and payments that were to be made. But these payments did not add up to the amount it stated was due in may. I contacted them, with no reply. The first payment date came and payment was made. I then received an email to say I had not paid my loan and they would be adding daily interest. I contacted them again, to get no response.

They will take your sort and account number then the long number on the card to set up CPA payment then a quick decline. I have reported them to the FCA as you can’t set up CPA until you have accepted application.

Hi there I’m going to pay of my first loan with ondal on Friday how likely are they to approve a new one quickly

Ondal have been very efficient at issuing loans when I most needed them. I would recommend Ondal to anyone who needs a loan from a reputable organisation.
