Incredible customer service, they call you within 24 hours and talk you through all the steps. They’re not pushy, they’re very polite and easy to deal with over the phone. Not to mention funds in your account same day! We’ll definitely be recommending to other businesses

I would recommend On Deck if you have a business and need funds quickly.
Matteo was very helpful and even though on this occassion I could not draw the funds that I requested, we were able to reach a compromise and the funds were available the same day. Not only is their service levels high and communication first rate but the process is made very easy. If you own a business and need funds I would recommend On Deck.
