Easy to order, great products, good terms and ontime delivery

I love everything I've ever purchased from One.World. This is my third set of table lamps - first for the guest bedroom, then the lounge, and now these gorgeous lamps for my bedroom. Just beautiful!

My planter came broken contacted one world straight away they offerd to replace but didnt want the same to happen again and asked to be refuned they happily obliged i have orded from this seller before excellent products and good customer service highly recommend

Goods as expected. Arrived well packaged. Would have given five stars if is wasn’t for the courier DHL. Bad communication and driver not turning up in the correct time slot. Would use One.World again but only if they used another courier.

Beautiful product that was a gift. Breakable piece that was well packaged & fast delivery.

Sadly items were damaged with brown watery stains.

I have made several purchases from this company and have been delighted with all of them. All items purchased have been of a high-quality and your customer service team is excellent at resolving queries promptly and efficiently.

However, I beg you please to review your couriers DHL.
They are unreliable and unhelpful when it comes to customer service and I have had dealings with them with other companies that I’ve purchased items from and they never deliver on time. There is never any tracking available on their app to tell you the driver’s location.
I took a day off work to rearrange a first failed delivery due to them running out of time and they proceeded to deliver the day before the re-arranged date when no one was at the property even though it said the item had to be signed for!!!

My fruit bowl is stunning! The only twitch was a numerical error in my address and delivered to the wrong flat , but in the end it was sorted out. Also disappointed myself coz the following day the bowl went more cheaper which i could have save £20 if i have waited . Customer service was also great !

I have a delay receiving my mirror from the shipping company but customer services at One World have been brilliant at sorting it out, and I can’t wait to receive the mirror as it looks fab. A really great team to work with

I recently ordered a lovely pot for my mum's birthday which unfortunately arrived broken. One World were fantastic dealing with this, providing me with friendly updates and ensuring that the replacement pot had additional packaging. The new pot arrived in no time and the person I spoke to about this couldn't have been more helpful. My mum was delighted with her gift.
