Very disappointed with oneakids. The pillow quality is extremely poor and does not match the description at all. It’s just basic polyester and feels cheap, not soft or durable like they claim. For $59... Toon meer

Terrible!!
Not one item sent is the size I paid for. Everything is 2-3 sizes larger.
I ordered 12/18 months and received 3T and 8 and one item has no size- but would fit a toddler.

Haven’t been able to get a response on…
Haven’t been able to get a response on returning this order. I attempted to cancel it almost immediately after ordering (realizing it was a duplicate of an earlier order, a few weeks prior), but the dress was sent anyway. Then, slow response to my request about returning it, and you couldn’t find my previous order, so we are still waiting on return info.

Upon reviewing your account, we could not find any duplicate orders or additional charges on your credit card that would indicate a second dress was ordered intentionally. It seems that this may have been an error on our part, possibly from our warehouse, resulting in the extra dress being sent to you mistakenly and there has been no charge applied to your account for it. You are welcome to keep the dress or, if you prefer, donate it to a cause of your choice. We hope this resolution is satisfactory and apologize again for any confusion.

Great Experience!!
I recently discovered Onea Kids and I'm absolutely thrilled with my experience! As a busy parent, I love that I can find stylish, comfortable, and affordable clothing for my kids all in one place. The website is easy to navigate, and the selection is vast - from everyday essentials to special occasion wear.
The quality of the clothes is top-notch, and my kids love wearing them. The materials are soft, breathable, and durable, making them perfect for active little ones. Plus, the prices are unbeatable!
What really sets Onea Kids apart, though, is the exceptional customer service. The team is friendly, responsive, and goes above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction.
I've already recommended Onea Kids to all my fellow parent friends and will continue to shop here for all my kids' clothing needs. Five stars and a big thumbs up from our family! 👍👧🏼👦🏻

I just got my order from Onea Kids for my little one, who's got sensitive skin and tends to react to rough materials. I'm super happy with my purchase! The clothes are incredibly soft and gentle, perfect for his allergies. Plus, they're really good quality and arrived right on time. Highly recommend for anyone with a baby who needs extra care with their clothes.
