Received a different product than I thought I ordered (exactly same name on both products was basis for confusion). After dialog with Onealways I now hope I'll be able to get a replacement.

6+ weeks after placing the order the item hasn't arrived, emails to OneAlways support get bounced, and the seller's site no longer exists. Now I have to waste my time requesting a charge back from my credit card provider and raising a complaint with Shopify.

Cheating so it works, sending someone else's tracking number and not sending your item, the money is deducted and now the site has been shut down..

FRAUD - WILL BE REPORTING TO THE POLICE
This site is a complete SCAM order placed around 6 weeks ago. No tracking provided, says ready to ship. Customer service does not exist the email address does not exist and the form submissions are ignored.
They have the nerve to ask me to give a review for something that i paid for but never received. There is no way to cancel/return or speak to a human.

After 1 month the shipment has not even…
After 1 month the shipment has not even left their warehouse and is still allegedly under preparation. The tracking link has been showing the following ever since I placed the order:
"Your order is confirmed. We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status."
I understand it may take longer to deliver on goods from China but surely kicking off the shipment within 1 month is not that much to ask.

Amazing little thing
