Went to the Farringdon branch for a lower back injury and all of the staff knew their stuff and were able to help. It does depend on branches though as I didn’t get a knowledgeable treatment at another branch so might have to shop around to see where fits you best.

Having some shoulder issues and found a OneBody LDN within walking distance from work.
From walking through the door I was given a warm welcome and offered tea/coffee or some amazing freshly favoured water.
My therapist Gabriel, came and met me promptly. He’s friendly, warm and instantly makes you feel at ease and comfortable.
The work he did instantly helped and I’ve already booked further appointments.
Really looking forward to it.

His depth of knowledge and expertise, and his professional and reassuring approach, were invaluable. Highly recommend.

I’ve had great experience with Mo. I went in with a really bad back, and from the start he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He took the time to understand the issue and explain the treatment clearly.
After a few sessions, I’m already feeling significantly better and more mobile. The exercises and guidance he provided have made a real difference.

One Body LDN hackney wick was very professional, i felt a little anxious at first as i had never had a sports massage before, but i was quickly made to feel comfortable. The issue was addressed and i left being able to moved more at easy and the pain in the area i came in for went. I would highly recommend

Maithili was excellent, providing a thorough sports massage, an assessment of the cause of the pain and suggestions for rehab. Would highly recommend the Hackney Wick studio.

The Hackney Wick clinic is amazing and so was the physio therapy that I received definitely telling the world and will be back

Great service

Got basically the full hour. The physio spent some time asking me what I was looking for exactly. Gave a good quality massage. It's possible to go straight back into the office if needed afterwards.
