RUBBISH service. 20 day mark here, ordered a PS5 and still haven't gotten it. I thought I could FINNALY take a break for the holidays, guess not since I have to wait for my PS5 for the ENTIRE Holiday. My roblox account is banned for a couple week, my Minecraft hack client is not updated, and today I'm lying on my bed wasting my holiday and life away.

Do not trust these people, they are scammers and will seal your money

I would give them -5 stars if I could. I like to think everyone deserves the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately this trader has completely failed me. I emailed many times and received nothing but empty promises. I'm not sure whether it's complete incompetence, abysmal business practices or intentional dishonesty but regardless, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE AVOIDS TRADING WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Terrible experience with this crowd. Purchased item on Trademe, took OneCheq 3 weeks to ship it, blamed their courier company, only to send the wrong item. I had the incorrect item couriered back to them ( at my expense) , only for OneCheq to deny they had ever received it. After I sent them bodycam footage from the courier company showing their driver delivering the item to their offices in central Auckland did they admit that they had received it. Two months on, I am still chasing a refund; Trade Me is being pretty useless in supporting me in this. Next stop, Disputes Tribunal.

Complete scam same experience as most they obviously don't even have the items they are selling and just hoping people give up

Scam alert! Do not purchase through this company! Purchased a PS5 4 weeks ago, have had emails which keep delaying the pick up time the. Was sent a dodgy tracking number. Was told it was finally processed and on an overnight courier, but they refused to give me a tracking number even after I asked about 6+ times through email. I contacted aramex directly and they said no such name or address was in their system, and that it sounds totally dodgy. Totally scammed! Have contacted trademe to raise a dispute as they have now ceased all communication with me, it’s not fair these criminals can take our hard earned money with no repercussions.I am hoping to get a refund asap. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! The feedback on their trademe page is just as bad as the feedback through here- I wish I had investigated more before ordering with these criminals!

Don't believe the fake reviews this place writes itself! They sell goods they do not have. I ordered a reconditioned device a month ago. Onecheq can't supply it, and had no idea when they would have one. So many lies like high order volumes causing delays in processing, just excuses, anything to buy them time. Email communication is completely vague, phone call vague information to keep me waiting. After 2 weeks I asked for a refund because they don't have the goods and they refused to refund. Now a month later they have stopped communicating and basically are hoping I forget. If you have ordered from this company contact the Commerce Commission now to complain. Contact your bank and raise a request for a reverse charge to get your money back. These people are complete scammers. Cannot believe with this many complaints and this business practice that they are still allowed to trade.

Jack said it’s cause couriers weren’t picking up from Auckland CBD. Then after a lot of back and fourth they magically had a laptop. Said it was ready to pick up which wasn’t possible as I don’t live in Auckland. Asked for a refund and they proceeded to send it anyway. I check the package on arrival and it is not a “brand new sealed unit” instead it had cash converters stickers on it. So in a panic they obviously went out to find the same model after bait advertising the product. (which is illegal in New Zealand)
Lucky I paied through Afterpay so I’ll get my money back from Trademe.
Don’t waste your time and if you do report them to the commerce commission.
Don’t buy through this person!

SCAMMERS! The way they operates is they sell items with generic photos and once they receive your money they are running around pawn shops trying to get better deal for similar item you bought. That is why the delivery takes usually 1week+. If you are lucky and receive at least something which hardly match the description. Then you get only excuses from these scammers. When you ask for refund, they ask you to pay for shipping back and force you to remove the bad feedback if you want to get your money back. Slow and endless e-mail communication with bad english and generic response templates.

Dealing with those dishonest individuals for months now. Luckily, authorities are now involved. Hope they get these scammers soon and I get my refund.

These guys are either scammers or just completely useless.. I waited 3 weeks for a 5 day delivery. I chased it up regularly and finally they replied and sent me tracking numbers for delivery.. nothing came and the courier service told me there was nothing to pick up.
I've spent the last 2 weeks trying to get a refund and they still haven't come to the party.
All commenting on social media has been turned off and obviously there is no physical address.
Wish I'd found all these reviews before I purchased.

Purchased an xbox two weeks ago from this website and haven't received any word on when it will be shipped. Every time I email I get an automated message and they don't answer their phone. Will change review if anything changes.

Just like Ric and Lei from previous reviews, Onecheq have been at it again. I purchased a $1500 item in September to be told it was to be delivered within a time frame and then the time-frame was changed. The cancellation email I sent apparently got "lost in their spam" folder and then it was deemed outside the cancellation time so I could only get a credit according to them They still can't give me a delivery time for the product or reply to the 10+ emails I have sent them.

I will be reporting these "SCAMMERS" to the 105 Police line and commerce commission.

They have also been reported to PAYPAL.

Do not purchase anything from Onecheq!!!!

This is not a fake review and they are not worthy or any stars, let alone one star.

19.11.23 Update: After PAYPAL getting in touch with OneCheq, PAYPAL have refunded me in full

I bought an iPad bundle (includes Apple Pencil) from their trade me if you read their reviews yes almost 60% chance you’ll suffer from their lowest shipping service they manage ship the Apple Pencil but the iPad either gone lost or didn’t happen I request a replacement witha tracking this time I ask in my request and they complied almost another week past I ask why tracking number have not yet been activated or pick up? they blame the shipping company fault for not updating for the picked up of my parcel. later after I change my mind and request a partial refund for the iPad in later in this conversation they said they gave me wrong track number and now are actively trying to recall it I’m still ongoing messaging them for progress and now wished I should’ve used ping for payment your better luck buying in the store if you live near or in Auckland city

I bought an iPhone 14 pro worth $1600. 2 months ago. Never arrived. Gave me an incorrect tracking number. Requested a refund last month. I have been chasing them up til now. They only refunded $300. I filed a police report and they asked my OR number so they can call the police and tell them that they processed my refund. VERY DODGY. NEVER TRUST THIS STORE. SCAMMERS AT ITS FINEST!!! If only I can give this store a negative star.

Purchased a PS5 (NEW) console on the 16th October it is now 3rd November. First problem was tracking number it did not work then was issued a new one on and it is saying attempted pickup from seller 24th Oct I contacted Aramex and they sent me the original scan with their address no item picked up One cheq loves blaming Aramex. Have umpteenth emails with them half of which are automated then the other half are excuses ranging from the courier company to the suppliers. All of these same complaints are found in their trade me feedback it's appalling that they are still able to operate. Trade me has now stepped in to help resolve it. I really don't recommend this company too many dodgy practices a lot of unhappy customers and many falsified positive feedback reviews.

SCAMMERS Brought an item via trademe, they delayed shipping time, then when pushed issued tracking number that wasn’t valid, said not ready for collection, then blamed courier fir scanning 47 parcels incorrectly, I asked for a refund, still delaying. They post 3-5 identical positive fake feedback to keep their rating over 95% so trade me won’t look hard at them. Still no refund. I have reported them to the commerce commission to investigate. Do NOT trade.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

These guys are a scam, and do not actually have the goods, they try source them after selling them. Their courier company gets all sorts of blame, but it's just a front until they can source the goods at the price they need. Don't waste your time or money with this company.
