I place the order on11/8 fox bilvy skin on the moment i not receive the parcel.I try to contact company by phone but no answer,this phone it’s completely fake.I try to contact by email Richard told hi will send the parcel next week. The week passed,nothing again.I send two more emails-No Answer.Absolutely Fake Company!!! No refund no Parcel,I dont know how they take money like that from people!!

Yes,I'm another victim of this fraud company. Had me over for £120,gave me the spill of been posted, money back.Load of rubbish, I really hope this person gets caught or karma hits him really really badly. Don't buy of this creature please, save your money.

Stay well clear of this scammer! I am now having to instruct my credit card company to recover my money.

I asked for delivery information for my order and just got a rubbish information that made absolutely no sense but did promise delivery nearly a week ago.

I have sent countless emails and left voicemail messages using the contact information but get nothing back at all.

It seems the similar reviews are very accurate. This guy is a complete scammer and has no intention to send any orders.

Like others I think I've been had. Ordered a rod a month ago which hasn't arrived. Same story, I was given a tracking no. that seemed genuine so I waited a bit longer but has not changed in two weeks. I've sent a few emails so will await a response but if none arrives, as expected,by the weekend I will post a warning on every fishing site I can. Might be a good idea if others do the same so we can get a message across to other anglers.

Don't order from this website, they will take your money and constantly give you BS about why your order hasn't been delivered yet.

I was even told by 'Richard' in a badly written English email that DPD were too busy and they can't deliver for another week.

If you have ordered then do a bank charge-back as soon as possible.

Please do not buy from this website, I paid for a Weber bbq that didn’t arrive, a person called Richard was in conversation with me via email saying it was going to be delivered but now no response, ITS A COMPLETE CON

Fraudulent company, also not UK, took the money, gave incorrect tracking number, then promised it would be delivered by DHL, of course never showed up, no not responding to emails, one month past, no item no refund, do not put you money with this fake company!

Ordered 9th August, nearly 3 weeks later and no goods received and no communication from company. Previous reviewers seem correct! Claim through credit card provider it is!
Update 20th September- successful section 75 claim with credit card provider!

Ordered from them received fake Royal Mail tracking then told I would get a full refund In 3-5 days
And nothing

Scammers . Paid for a Weber barbecue 3 weeks ago - excuse after excuse from Richard including a false tracking number which clearly wasn’t my parcel . Even offered to send me the item for free and he would refund !!! Took it up with my bank rather than provide any details to this company, why hasn't this company been shut down? What an absolute disgusting human being Richard is to take fro. The vulnerable.

Gave benefit of doubt for one month.
Had full repertoire of lies and deceit from Richard (if really his name). Same tactics as others experienced from fake tracking numbers, delivery’s and pathetic excuses. Now in hands of credit card company. Pleased cancelled credit card very early on (smelt a rat), so didn’t have chance to extort any more money.
Hope company gets taken down and receives his just desserts.

Onefisherman is a scam site, i ordered a reel which never arrived, the tracking number showed a parcel delivered to an address in scotland, "Richard" promised a refund which hasnt happened. I have raised this as a dispute with my credit card company, I have also reported this company to Action Fraud and Trading Standards.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE THE GOODS

KEEP CLEAR of this so called company. 3 weeks have passed without item or refund. Now this ‘Richard’ won’t respond. Save your hard earnt money. Don’t line his pockets

I have not received the order (2 reels)BUT DONT TOUCH THIS COMPANY IF YOU BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU PUT MONEY INTO THE BASKET I HAVE REPORTED ACTION FRAUD TO THE POLICE AND MY BANK Pretty much the same as everyone else, it's late, it's the fake tracking number, all fake.I'm also awaiting a refund. Do the right thing Richard(Solvac CEO) and refund everyone... Before you see jail time AGAIN.

Don't listen to 'Richards' lies about wrong tracking codes and mix ups and using private courier etc. All lies. He will promise you a refund which you won't get. This man is a fraudster and hopefully end up in Jail
