Not pushy like a lot of calls I get regarding my life insurance.

Sam was fantastic and very personable and understanding and very professional when providing advice.

My only advice is that the initial caller before I was transferred to Sam should explain that they work for a broker and are not connected to our current supplier but helping to achieve a better deal. This wasn't clear so i got defensive when asked to provide personal information, as we are all advised to do so to prevent against scams.
