I have a few medical conditions and in the past premiums have been sky high… Sam however found me a great price with a well known company and worked patiently with me to get it within my budget by taking into account my existing ‘death in service’ benefit and not over selling me more cover than I need. Recently got life insurance with One Life Insurance. Sam has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process, constantly staying in touch with any updates and changes to the policy. Sam is really friendly and was happy to discuss any queries I had, always helping me to understand the different aspects of what I was agreeing to, even allowing me time to think things over when other companies usually pester until you agree.
