Onemove Reviews

The gents who managed/ran the premises were brilliant with any type of message we sent. The two years we had them were a breeze

I can’t recommend these guys enough. When I first moved to a new country as a student, they were incredibly kind, helpful and supportive from day one. They have always been responsive, reliable and willing to help whenever we needed anything. Me and my friends are genuinely so grateful for everything they’ve done for us over the years.

We rented a beautiful apartment that was just refurbished before we arrived. We had a timely response to any repairs we needed, and the process for renting was made very clear.

Professional, good experience renting.

The place was nice, everything was near by including grocery at times it’s loud but if we had issues landlord would try to fixed the issues as soon as possible.Overall we had great experience staying in that place for 2 years.

We had a really good experience with One Move agents. We rented with them for almost a year, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. They were always responsive whenever something needed fixing in the house or when we had any questions.
They take care of everything related to the rental and let you live in peace, which is something we really value in agents or landlords. The checkout process was also very smooth. I would definitely rent with them again!

I would highly recommend One Move. When my mother's long-term tenants moved abroad at short notice in December, the team acted quickly to market and rent the property, minimising any void period during what can be a challenging time of year.

What really sets them apart is the highly personalised service. We always felt like our property mattered to them, and they took the time to understand our circumstances and provide tailored advice rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

Throughout the tenancy they were responsive, professional and proactive, dealing with maintenance issues promptly and keeping us informed. They were also extremely helpful in navigating the uncertainty surrounding the Renters' Rights Bill, providing clear advice and practical support whenever needed.

I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, responsive and genuinely customer-focused lettings and property management company.

Love the house and area we are in now. Landlord are great moving and sorting house was extremely easy. They helped a lot when we moved in when we had any issues couldn’t recommend going with them enough.

Quite professional and honest, I highly recommend their great service

One Move were a really great estate agents service during our tenancy. The agents were super helpful and easy to reach out to for anything we needed. Jessal, our point of contact, communicated everything to a high standard and always went above and beyond during our tenancy. We strongly recommend them and would be glad to rent with One Move again.

Everything was handled perfectly and I could only recommend, had a great experience

My stay at Leamington Park has been wonderful. The home feels warm and welcoming, and its location is excellent—just a short walk to tube stations and nearby grocery shops. The neighbourhood feels very safe, and the agency has been consistently supportive and helpful throughout my entire stay here overall.

It was a great year long experience. The agents were super understanding and cooperative. :)

Lived there from 2024-2025.
Very lovely house, in a great location (right next to the station!!)
The landlords were so lovely and prompt, always responding and resolving our issues quickly. A very clean, spacious place with a gorgeous interior. Lovely neighbours. Had an amazing year at this property. Will miss it

The guys were both really great. Communication was amazing and any issues were solved as quickly as possible. They were very understanding and flexible. Not a bad word to say about them!

The landlord was very good at communicating and very quick to respond to any problems that occured, getting people to fix things within the week. This was the case throughout the entire of the tenancy. We always felt like we were given plenty of space but there were on hand if ever we needed help. Overall our flat felt like a home for the time that we had it and I am grateful for that.dealing with all the technicalities of moving were an absolute breeze with these guys

We worked with Jessal and he was very kind helpful and always looking to fulfill our needs. Highly recommend using his services!
