Waste of money I bought a pair of onesonic headphones and after using them for a full week they broke i took them back to the shop and got a replacement and they also broke after a few weeks. I then got another replacement which also broke after a couple of weeks. Nothing would work I charged them for a full day and they where still dead. When they finally got there power back they wouldn't even pair with my phone. I wont be going back for a replacement and will be buying from a different company next time. Do not buy, waste of money

Title: Refused to Help – No Repair Option Offered

Won a sponsored prize it was a HD-BB1 headphone made by Onesonic. Item developed a fault. Company refused warranty service without a receipt, even though I explained it was a prize and no receipt existed. Did not offer a paid repair option or any alternative. Very disappointing customer care.

Based in Ireland, expected better from an Irish company.

I purchased the Onesonic BBD-HD1 overear headphones five years ago and they are by far the best headphones I have ever purchased. Great sound Quality and the active noise cancellation is superb. I would highly recommend purchasing from this brilliant and innovative Irish company who care about their customers.

I have had BBHD1 headphones for a number of years and find the sound to be very good and the Bluetooth range to work well for my purposes; I use the headphones to listen to TV without disturbing the neighbours. The only problem that I've had is that, after 2-3 years, the headphone ear cushions have become worn, probably due to my leaving them in a counter for extended periods. When I contacted Customer Service I found them to be very helpful.

Returned headphones and box after one headphone failed completely. Told that warranty had run out by a few months. Stay away.

The sound is great but find them really uncomfortable to wear, they hurt my ears and kept dropping out

I decided to support an Irish company and invest in a new pair of the BB-HD1 headphones for work.
They worked great for a year, but then the left ear sound kept cutting out, like a loose connection.
Within a few months the sound totally went.
Looking on Trust pilot and it seems I am not alone...

I contacted their support but as I was just out of warrantee they only offered a small discount.
I could still get the item cheaper on a different store anyway.
No after sales service was available either.
Why would I bother buying again?

I had a pair of Sony headphones previously that lasted over 10 years.
I'll be going back to them.

I had a serious problem charging the ear plugs, which were over a year old. Contacted Onesonic customer service and I have to say they were excellent in resolving the issue, promptly and efficiently. They replaced the earplugs without difficulty and acted most respectfully and generously. I really appreciate the customer service and the new earplugs are high quality.

One of the earbuds broke for no apparent reason just after 12 months & I was told by their CS team “so sorry, this shouldn’t happen…” but then was informed that because the product was outside warranty, they weren’t going to help me to fix or replace it. I was only offered a discount to purchase another pair. Why would I want to buy another pair if the first one fell apart just after a year?? Terrible customer service and the experience demonstrates that they don’t stand behind the quality of their product. I also had numerous occasions of 1 of the buds not syncing & issues with sound quality… which I overlooked. But when the thing just fell apart as I was lifting it out of the case, I couldn’t really ignore that! Buyer beware!

Bought Onesonic headphones but they stopped working, no sound. Contacted Onesonic but they didn't want to know. Poor quality product, even worse customer service. Never again.

Had a small problem with the back of one of the BXS-HD1. Emailed Onesonic and they said free post them back to them and they would look at them. Posted on a Thursday and they sent me back a new pair on the following Wednesday. How can you fault customer service like that. I would have been happy if they had fixed the old pair. Great sound, connectivity and overall a great product with a great follow up service. I will be buying more of their products.

They look nice but issues come up after a few months of having them. I bought their headphones and earphones. The earphones develop syncing issues, with only one syncing at a time. Their headphones will start to make a weird buzzing sound at random intervals and unsync and the earphone cases magnetic locking function breaks after a while, sticking to the case. I was foolish enough to give them another chance before. The first time I bought them, I lost an earphone case. They said I had to buy a whole new earphone set which is incredibly wasteful in e-waste terms and very opportunistic given the price of the earphones and headphones as it is. You could do a lot better in terms of product and service quality.

Onesonic BXS-HD1earbuds. Very good sound quality but disappointed with the in ear fit. They feel very loose and have fallen out of my ears on a number of occasions. I would certainly not use them while running or working out. They have also fallen out when lying down relaxing. Overall I am disappointed as I wanted to support an Irish manufacturer and am sorry I didn't spend the extra on the noise cancelling buds which may have a better fit.

When I lost my charger case I discovered that it wasn’t possible to purchase a new one. The buds are great but don’t think you should have to buy completely new set when all I need is charger

COMFORTABLE WITH A NICE FLAT RESPONSE.
BATTERY LIFE HOLDS UP VERY WELL TOO.
TOUCH CONTROL AND NOISE CANCELLATION ARE SOLID.
WOULD RECOMMEND :)

Got MXS HD1 noise cancelling earbuds in January 2022. Long lasting on single charge. Sound quality is very good... and they really do cancel noise! An excellent product and as good today as the first day after purchase. Really good value for money.

Incredible Sound, Headphones, Brand And Support.
Last Christmas purchased the BB-HD1. I would recommend them to anyone. They are superb and I could never fault them. There was a slight problem with the original pair but onesonic support sent me out a replacement and the new ones are perfect. There are no words to describe how good sound quality is. I Love Them and they look so cool.
