If using Hermes/Evri, don't expect your parcel on time. Having said that, I spoke to Vincent at One Stop Fabrics and he kindly found me an alternative fabric as the one I ordered wasn't available anym... Toon meer

absolutely brilliant customer service…
absolutely brilliant customer service from Onestopfabrics. Hermes failed miserably to deliver my parcel, neither could I get any response or action from them. A phone call to One Stop Fabrics resulted in them dispatching a new parcel which I received the next day. Thank you so much.

Fabric colour disappointing
Fabric colour disappointing. Deep purple was expected, but more like deep fuchsia. It won't fit with the colour scheme unfortunately. Delivery and service good.

Fantastic service!
I was looking for 70 metres of chiffon for wedding chairback decorations.
Paul couldn't have been more helpful, expertly working out my requirements and offering the best price. The fabric is perfect and arrived promptly. The bride-to-be is absolutely delighted.
And to my relief One Stop Fabrics offer a cutting service so all I need to do is get hemming !

Fantastic supplier
Fantastic supplier. They helped us throughout the ordering process discussing lengths ect, and after ordering they promptly let us know when they realised they didn't have the correct length of our required fabric. They liaised with us and replaced the fabric with a very similar (slightly nicer and more expensive!) fabric for the inconvenience AND did next day delivery. Really lovely communication and the fabric was gorgeous. We are so happy!
